With regards to interfere in the director's work, I am glad he questioned --> Because I was in fact wondering, if he is so educated as he seems how can he push through this misogyny as a puppet?

Quitting a show that has two more episodes to go because of negative vibes over a small argument. Hmm, I see.

Going to media and talking about it. I think reel life inspired real life (because today there were OLVs were ShraMan washed their dirty laundry in front of media. :)

I don't think any actor has that right to involve in the creatives work, actors sign for the script and they don't either get involved in script or get into arguments if they don't like it. Its completely unprofessional behaviour. I know that some really big stars do respect their directors even if they don't like the work in the middle of the film shooting and do nothing other than continue the shooting even when they clearly know that the film will be a flop. Actors lend faces to the directors expressions, script and dialogues of the writers. Their work ends right there.

The article do tells us that Aijaz went to work the next day but I guess he must have felt belittled then decided to quit. If Namik would have apologised immediately this wouldn't have happened but instead he kept saying this isn't a big issue. Why did the PH consented to Aijaz's request immediately!! I think its because they too agree with him that Namik is in the wrong here and they couldn't do anything in it.

I guess Aijaz went to media as he couldn't bear that so many fans are thinking that Namik is a great person when in reality he might not be so. His previous show's ML Param was too obedient and down-to-earth. So he must have disliked Namik.

may be namik thought its not a big deal but it was for aijaz.. remember nimik saying about their first fight.. namik took almost a week to know why nikita was upset with him and them he apologised.. he is very good with fans and seems to be a cool guy but he himself has said many times that people always tell him to be a bit serious and matured but he is too chilled out for his own good.. some people may not like that attitude.. namik does get irritated and angry pretty soon.. if you ask the same quetion 4-5 times he gets irritated.. proof is his periscope chat session..

namik literally built his life around the show for the past 7 mpnths and the news of it going off air didnt go down well with him.. so he might have got angry and said something which shouldnt be said but i dont think aijaz should have made this public by giving a detailed view of their fight.. they worked together for 7 months and he could have maintained silence.. it does seem like he is not liking the fact that namik or for that matter actors get way more recognition than behind the scene people.. he could have talked it out with namik or said that what you said really hurt me after quieting the show instead of making a public announcement.. namik could have done the same but he didnt...

the ph might have let go of aijaz coz they dont want a problem on sets at this poin of time and since aijaz said he wants to go he let him.. anyways there was only 2 days shoot left and ranjith can handle it...

Sorry but your words say that Namik is totally insensitive to others pain. He must have really had a great life then. Such persons won't be so chilled out if someone else pour out their wrath on him. I don't know much about him but he seems like a typical rich s'd brat.

I guess Aijaz went into avenging his revenge mode which isn't a good trait again. Namik's apology would have worked out but for many uttering a small sincere apology seems to be tough.

True ! There might have been issues between Aijaz and Namik, but Aijaz by going to the press stripped the show of whatever dignity was left . Nobody cares for drama now that the show is ending .

And my my, the Nikita bashers are MIA . One SBS segment was enough to shut them up !

Namik is human too and hence not perfect ! Whatever happened between the two , this was not the right time for Aijaz to quit and bad mouth Namik in the press . Essentially the captain has left a sinking ship because of petty egoistic attitude . Take the serial to its end in a dignified manner and not work with Namik ever, if he had so many issues with him . That would be the right way to go about it

When did this Nikita vs Namik start? They are both good actors and that's what matters right. They may have hearts of gold or no hearts at all. But that isn't our concern is it. :)
