Is EDKV & BBKD 4m same Prod House?

Is EDKV & BBKD are from the same production House ?. Remember a scene where they were promoting BBKD at the EDKV sets (never telecasted this sequence though).
Now that both are closing at the same time, seems suspicious. Should we target the PH as well apart from Sony against this decision ?

The ending of BBKD has to do something with Sony itself as the PH associated with BBKD had one of its show for a good time on a rival channel.
As for EDKV, it is either the PH or channel.
