I am.not debating any point or person who ever is supporting Nikita saying if we ask for a replacement it would be insensitive to her or r being insensitive to her illness. I have put this as reply in one of the posts...putting as a separate post too!

Plase read on to see other side too.IF u can believe me I am not against Nikita or insensitive to her illness

but think from.this POV..

Ppl put a lot of harwork to bring things to a certain level and one fine day r told company is shut down and u r laid off go find another job!!

LAY OFF a corporate Jargon USED for people who lose their jobs ..and mostly not coz of their inability or fault but other reasons..other wise it's called FIRED FROM JOB!I am sure many know...but just for clarity I put it here don't take it Ow

Specifically in industry where Namik is or for that matter the entire team or ph creatives anyone...its highly competitive and to get a role or a story to build of ur choice and then bring it up to the level where fans love it and accept with same EUPHORIA IS A VERY DIFFICULT TASK...

I DONT WANT TO QUOTE EG.. But so many talented actors or creatives or crew... have not been able to find work that easily...I UNDERSTAND u r being sensitive to Nikki..

so be a lil to NAMIK and rest of the cast crew TOO.. coz he and rest r losing things without their own CHOICE!!

And this is nothing but as good as a lay off!! I have been in corporate world seen what lay off do to ppl...so if we r sensitive to one b sensitive to another too and in ur pursuance of not being able to like the SHOW without NIMIK... think one more time...as ur a ceptan e of the show without NIMIK is as big part if being human and sensitive too than ow

if being sensitive to NIKITAs illnes is sensitive.IN NO WAY ACCEPTING or Suggesting A REPLACEMENT for her CAN BE SEEN INSENSITIVITY..KEEPING THE REST OF THE PPL IN MIND!

having said that I seriously condemn ppl bashing Nikita..as she has a made a very difficult choice herself too only difference being she has made a choice and rest cast crew haven't!

if our reaching out to Sony or anyone can save the show with changes( No Nikita) unacceptable to us or not to our liking...Let's please do it even then for showing Sensitivity to the sho the cast and crew who don't deserve this!

Pls think once... I am sure u all would understand my point!

I agree fully. Leaving shud have been nikita choice and not a forced decision for rest of the cast and crew. PH has really taken a very wrong decision. It is their insensitivity to let so many ppl become jobless overnight...

PH has taken wrong decision. they would've showed Suman kidnapped instead of Shravan they can dragged it smtime

I agree that it is insensitive to not consider all the people who are losing their job, which is not their choice. If the show had already reached it's climax and everything was fine between the leads, I would support the show wrapping up too, without dragging, with memory loss and 2nd wife etc etc. (This was a finite series anyway, so that was not going to happen).

Here the concern is that the show has yet to reach it's climax and to end it in 2 weeks would mean rushing it and not giving it a fitting end. Therefore the PH and the channel need to consider that when making their mind up. The people working on the show deserves better than this abrupt shock and so do the fans.

I agree this is a very competitive field and roles and shows that are successful do not come by that easily. Not even for established actors and CV's etc. Not to mention crew members who are behind the scenes on every show as well. Let's not forget this is production. It's not just run on two leads. It has a whole team of people behind it, and they all deserve some consideration from both PH and channel and also viewers!

I don't bother abt other ppl but I want edkv back...replacing her..,
Don't want other ppl hard working will go vain for some selfish ppl..

Exactly, it's was nikita's choice to leave(by choice or no choice). It should not let suffer the the other cast members.

Imagine what they must have gone through axing of their show, their dreams just in a day.

I personally believe that a show is above all, characters are above actors. The show should not end cause of one person after all it's the effort of entire team. Everyone had their dream, their livelihoods attached with the show.

Plus what about us, we got to tbe show because of characters not for actors, we were their with the show all the time, through their thick and thin. We put up with everything that they had to show us even the preekar nonsense but we never got what we promised, the shramn story their journey.

Asking for replacement is not at all being insensitive to one.

It's just being sensitive to others, to us and above all to the STORY!!! Which still has soo much left.

Lastly, I would have said the same for Namik as well beacuse for me the show was for characters first and then the actors.

I want the show to go on...and if replacing Niki is an vaible option then ve it so. I dont think I am insensetive. Suppose you fall ill and your doctor too is ill what will you fo wait for the doctor to get well or go to another doctor. In fact if the illness is not too serious we wait..which we did in niki case too..but now it has gone beyond waiting..as show has faced death..so another fl is required for the show. I like the show nimi was chery on top...but the story is my weaknes...hope ph and sony understand

I think she may have a tendency to leave a show when her role is not very attractive to her...
I am really sad for Namik though... Imagine someone tell you don't come to work next week...
For someone who put in everything he had for this show... It sucks

I agree. What i think is nikki can not be only reason for shutting down the... To be practical.. if they are benefiting from the show.. they can replace anyone.

N i think this show is doing really well. I seriously think there will be some off screen things.. something like production issues of they are shutting down.
