lildreams Sumo and Shravan both have their faults, and they both have been wronged by each other at various points in their lives, and just like Shravan's misdemeanor won't justify Suman's lack of understanding or empathy towards him, Suman's actions don't justify his words or his actions. While I am a bit too tired of Shravan's misogyny to be able to see him clearly, I view it as a defense mechanism. The two women who meant the most to him failed him, so he blames it on the gender to rationalize the rejection. His mother left him because women are awful, Sumo betrayed him because that's what women do, viewing their actions in isolation would make his hurt too real to even deal with, he is barely managing anyway. It's a survival tactic, basically. But while I respect your view, I really don't agree with you saying that Shravan is justify to his point of view because no woman in his life has proved him wrong, I really don't think the onus is on any woman to make him change his views. He is a well-educated adult who has chosen to generalize his life experiences and stereotype 50% of the world's population, it is not anyone's responsibility to prove his ignorance wrong. It is a lesson that he will come to him when the many truths of his life are revealed to him. I am just scared the CV's are taking it a slight bit too far before we reach that glorious point in the story.
