It's application for registration of marriage.

does that mean they are only filing for marriage as of now, not actually getting married?

Beagle, I think the 1-month wait is the "mandatory" period applicants need to wait before they can get their marriage solemnized.

What if they don't want to?

what if that has been there plan all along, you know, to file a notice for marriage and then wait for a month.

that will get the people off their back, will get them some time to think.

Or possibly, someone will file objection😉😉

Okay, i am thinking anything, it's just i don't want them married, not like this
