Though Shravan spoke those not to be said words , but for whatever Aditya had done, Shravan is not responsible. If Aditya has the age to get married then he should have ethereal maturity too to understand the things , no one is responsible for his creepy & Cheap thoughts.
From day 1 since the entrance of Aditya, where did he behave with maturity? Never, he invaded others personal space ,always interfered in sumo's matters , and after getting warning from shravan , he didn't change , that's his personality.
And if he truly believed whatever Shravan said is truth then he should call off the wedding with sumo, but he ended up doing a cheap act which clearly shows his immaturity level.
