Benna,
Lovely analysis...perfection indeed...👏👏

I am yet to process the Shravan_Sumo scene...in its entirety...
Your analysis is fantastic...also there are so many ways to interpret that scene...Namik aced it with his expressions and both Namik and Nikita used good voice modulation.

I would have loved to get into that mind of Shravan as he sat outside Sumo's room...
remember during the fight, there was this inscrutable expression on his face...
I wondered if he was asking...why did u put yourself through this? why did I let it go this far? Why did we put ourselves thru this?

Then as he sat...Sumo's enquiry just lets him have a moment of normalcy after such a long time when without any emotion of anger or scorn, he is able to talk to her normally with a "Mann nahin hain" only to be followed by Sumo's vote of thanks...totally came to him like a punch in the gut just when he thought he could have had a moment of normalcy with his old friend or foe..😭

when Namik does that "stopping speech abruptly" ...what a moment every time he has done it...as if all the unsaid words can be understood by us...

U have said everything else so beautifully so can't any more nuances now...😊

Rekha true that scene can be analysed in different ways like you said because of the sheer brilliance of Namik's acting yesterday both The actors where 👏

I managed to pen it down after rewatching the scenes minimum of 5 times I think 😆 it has so much of depth and I believe the writer left it like that for out interpretation 😳

I feel Aditya's act of molestation is no way connected to Shravan...i too fail to understand so much ado of many saying Aditya did because he felt instigated by Shravan. No it is completely wrong because...right from beginning Aditya had an inkling about ShraMan and he used every opportunity to create more friction between them with his convenient lies. How can Aditya say he doesn't like lies when he has based his entire relationship with Suman on pile of lies...People are blaming Shravan for putting seed of doubt in Aditya's mind by saying all those things...but that doubt was already their in Aditya's mind...shravan only said what Aditya wanted to hear...because in the beginning of the conversation only Shravan said...i know that you would ask me and now take it...so I seriously can't blame shravan...yes what shravan said was vampish...but it didn't gave any new idea to Afitya...aditya knew in his heart that ShraMan love each other and that they ate very close...and closeness need not be physical...but Afitya has done and his act shows that he is a beast...no one can condone his dastardly act by putting blame of Shravan of instigator...shravan will surely repent for his malicious maligning og sumo...but sumo becsme a collateral damage...because shravan in his wildest dreams cannot think of hurting sumo deliberately...
Shravan will rise from this...and hopefully he tells sumo allthat he said to Aditya...with all explanations...but please cvs let him be the one...before Aditya goes and poisons sumos mind...

Yesterday Namik and Niki were too hood...Namik was superlative...and i agree to whatever you said...and yes he could never leave sumo without ensuring that she was safe...the way he was saying meri sumo ko kaise chua...stupid shravan how did you forget that after marriage which he was so eager to finish would have given aditya all haq to touch his sumo...hope it opens his ryes and removes the blindfold of anger from his eyes...waiting to see the new dynamics of our ShraMan

Let alone rape while there's no justification for even molestation.. these are outright criminal acts and leave a scarring effect not only on the victim but also on the victim's whole family

While thinking deep I felt that Shravan never really felt that the worst would happen even after observing Adi's madness otherwise he had ample of time to do something to stop this from happening... He's so into his own hard hitting emotions that he couldn't observe the seriousness of the whole issue... I think he would be more guilty for this rather than for his words that night.

I feel bad for Suman as this situation wouldn't have happened if nanu din't force her, if only she could have said NO, if only she could have really easily moved on in her life long back, if her parents never died...

That eyelock during the fight spoke volumes! I felt the same thoughts running through my mind - how could we put ourselves through this? Why could I not stop it before it got this far?
That despair!
And The last ShraMan scene of the day was so beautiful! There was so much that was left unsaid, and so much that was said by the eyes... I can't gush enough about the emotions in Namik's eyes 😳
Sumo has always seemed stronger than Shravan, and last night too I loved the way she reached out to him. Ah, these two make my heart overflow with emotions!
So much that I have to keep telling myself: "repeat after me: It's fiction. It's a show.
They're going to finish their shoot and go their separate ways." 😆 😆 😆

Beena...
My wonderful, wonderful friend...what a delightful post🤗
And you have explained yesterday's scene so beautifully that I have no further words...But, i wrote a small piece to two my forum friends...
Copying it...(damn this presentation looming large over my head ...is not allowing me to write freely...)

I hope you do not mind that I have not written a new piece😃 Few points are added (happy😆)
Promise I shall do so...after the big popat looming large on the horizon😉

The best scene of yesterday was when both were sitting together...with a plate of food between them. Shravan had destroyed PCT food...food which defined Sumo and her dreams...Food which brings comfort after a weary day...and food which brings two people together...
Shravan sitting alone outside her room...pensive, meditative and angry at how events had panned out...without food or water...sitting sentry outside his Sumo's room...hoping for some respite from what he had seen his Sumo to undergo...Voila! Sumo appeared ...the girl who was the one most affected by the horrendous events...brought him comfort...He saw her and as if life had returned to a certain normal rhythm...was broken by one word "ehsaan"
Shravan was stunned that she used the word ehsaan...his whole life was churned upside down...He wasnt her Mami or Mama...he was her own...Guilt started to seep in...the enormity was being felt slowly...he had been pushing Sumo not only away from him but into a loveless marriage...
And then he wanted Sumo to snap out of ehsaan...he would have done the same for anyone else...And least she feels that he is trying to impose himself on her ...he reiterated I was waiting here for Nanu...
But, again his conflict, his love for her seeped in ...please take care of yourself...
The makers have kept it slow...there is only a gnawing pain which will turn into an all-consuming pain for what he did and said...
Shravan is not trying to think of anything else but Sumo...he cannot just go and claim that he loves her...and so, now that you have escaped from one weirdo ...I am waiting in the wings...
Shravan doesnt want Sumo with a sense of obligation...he wants her with her choice and free will...
Love is not gratitude, love is not sympathy ...love was the silence which pervaded between SS yesterday...A silence that spoke more than words, a silence which could bring sense of normalcy more than words...a silence where love throbbed not so silently
It was a classic scene yesterday...of love and care between two friends, two lovers amidst the turmoils of life...

Dearie thank you for the apologies I accept them wholeheartedly 😉 😆 the fact you are bunking your important work to comment here 😳 😛

Food that is Sumo's passion her identity that food once again brings these two together!!

Rekha your daughter's comment is actually True,we Indians right from my state of Kerala upto Kashmir love our food our family recepies it's food that unites the family maked them come together where In the midst of differences the issues are forgotten when the people come together dining on delicious food cooked from the heart. That is one of the best thought out scenes the writers have written I believe.

Indrani wrote so beautifully about the Food.PCT's food which the women cook from their heart. If I'm not mistaken it's her plate she takes to Shravan, few days back she was preparing a similar plate for Shravan anticipating his arrival when he called her and said I'm coming over but little did she know it was to END it All once for All 😊
Today this girl is bringing another plate from the very place he destroyed request him but the boy is too lost in his thoughts seeing her in front of him he's relieved to see his Sumo that she's ok she's not broken but then her hesitantly calling his name the alarm bells start ringing

When did his Sumo start being hesitant with him when did they grow apart what happened that they are no longer even able to enjoy a normal conversation from where to where things have gone as he's just ruminating the final Bomb is dropped Thank you unlike others Sumo says Thank you when she feels indebted when she feels it's a charity!

it makes him reel back that his Rishta with Sumo is no longer the way it was it's a Charity for her she feels like a charity case for life!! It disgusts him so he says it's no big deal I would do it for anyone else

the full blown impact of his actions will be coming out surely in the days ahead

this journey is a slow and painful burn will Shravan soar through the ashes as the Man whom Sumo confidently spoke about to Ramnath.

Indrani...the metaphor queen...👏
Lovely interpretation...

Benna...so u go one further...I was really lost in that world...where for a moment I could forget what the CVs have done, should not have done...and the whys...

I really hope we will be able to find our salvation..I know many of us have different sensibilities in the way we approach this journey...I hope we will find that peace as these two meet...

I haven't watched Friday's episode. It is Sunday now, and I feel we should move on from this blame game that we indulge in every so often. The truth of the matter is that both men are wrong. And both men can find no redemption. Hero or not, Shravan will find it difficult to make it up to Sumo - his maliciousness will produce deep scars which will not heal very quickly.
The events that will unfold next will be driven by other characters. Perth, Kamini. Nan should really go on a long pilgrim. He bound her (or almost) in a loveless marriage in which he fiance tried to molest her, and 2 days later he talks of binding her in another relationship. The old man has lost his capacity to think. I would not want to wed Shravan now if I were Suman.

Sorry people (I'm so not a morning person). Just woke up:(
Will come back and edit and write more if I watch it:)
