Sadly we equate lawyers as upholders of justice and in that we assume they are always just saying the truth. While they are upholders of justice, they often do resort to slimy, deceitful tactics like this and are good at playing mind games. Shravan is a bad ass lawyer.

Sadly he let down his friendship and I am curious to see how creatives redeem his character while still making sumo realize her mistakes as well.

Yes there are two side's to lawyers. One is the upholder of truth and other is the supporter of lies! (When defending someone who is guilty).

Shravan pulled a "defence lawyer" angle there and fed Aditya a warped version of the truth, which gave him a totally different "vision" to the actual one! So then he decides to go whacko and act on this new found knowledge!

Yes Shravan is a bad ass lawyer and we have seen him in action. We have also seen him in pure "Grey" shades when he first returned from London. That same Shravan has revived again, but this time even worse. This time, he is "Ghayal once again!" and in a worse way. Sumo, then his Mum AGAIN! 11 years ago drama repeating again! But this version is even more intolerable. So his behaviour too has sunk to a new low!

Even I want to see how he comes back from this HUGE betrayal which is not going to be something easy to come out of or get redemption from! But these makers are people I trust so far. Therefore I feel they will actually give him a "real" redemption and not the kind we have seen in certain shows, which make the word redemption appear a joke!

Shravan's profession is being mentioned only for his ability to manipulate and play mind games, same as @bold. I don't think anybody is expecting him to be just.

IMO Sumo's only mistake is putting others over her own needs. If she doesn't stand up for her love then who will?

@bold...well said...there are a lot of charitable and uncharitable things said about lawyers..u have nailed it very well... I will give you a quote on lawyers...its one of my favourites

"Lawyers and Painters can soon change white to black" 😉

@underlined...Hmmm...the way the narrative is poised, so loaded against the male protagonist...I would say...there is very little scope...except in ways to show that she will be different from Nirmala, which means that unlike Nirmala who walked out Sumo wont...I doubt there is going to be any introspection for events that have all led to this impasse between the two. While we have a clear understanding of the downfall of Shravan...circumstances are being used to explain the follies of Sumo...thats my pet peeve., not that anyone cares.😆

Simran...super post tho the "humbistar" ref i could not understand...then I realised from posts here that it appears to be some CV inspired joke...on the great Hindi TV land.😆
Yes Bun devi has always had an exaggerated sense of her importance. I don't mean her relation with Ram...which is frankly none of my concern, they two totally deserve each other in terms of how evenly they are matched in the height of self-indulgence of ego sweepstakes...

Bun-devi put her ego over everything when she thundered to Ram, U will live in my shadow...forgetting there was also a son that she was leaving in that shadow...Ram would make a great father even if she knew that he would ensure that he made Shravan hate her...Wow...great definition of a great father in her books. She did not feel compelled to justify her actions to Shravan even after he grew up simply becos she does not think it is worth it...as he will not listen to her...wow...so you won't even say it!! If after all this they make Nirmala a paragon of virtue...who had really really compelling reasons to leave a son without explanation...that is the day I am looking out for...after the harakiri on one of most wonderful characters of this soap, Shravan. Shravan in his redemption avatar apologising to Bun devi is all that I now require for my cup of joy to overflow😆😆

well, shravan was the MOST wonderful character, at least for me😭. Though I am disappointed in him, but i can not spite him completely, knowing i might have said the something same, had i been in his shoes.
@bold You are being sarcastic right?

TX San. Humbistar is what Sharav implied.
You want Shrav to apologise to her?For what? After one feeble attempt to meet him, which broke up SharMan she never made any attempts and hardly seems interested now. I wish the Cvs have fleshed her character little more before pushing her into the limelight.

Ho Ho, Sim! Wouldn't have complained about this humbistar...
..Unfortunately, it was limited to Shavan's imagination..Duniya ne yeh nahi dekhi..🤣

Water...As in the running gentle water that quenches the fire in him..I meant Love..His for her and hers for him.😳

Though on second thoughts...we should not be too surprised if that scenario happens...😉 Everyone has already said Tum kitna aur giroge? 😕😕, maybe he will be required by TV land to atone for all such sins of omission and commission😆😆
