While I do agree that the past is the past, & your partner has no right to probe further if you don't want to tell him. BUT there is a bit of difference in the situation between Suman/Shravan & Aditya.
1. Suman/Shravan's love for each other was not a thing of the past. Even if they never confessed, they are constantly in each other's sight & that pining & silent communication is obvious. Obviously, this would evoke any partner's curiousity. Aditya is no different. Had Shravan been out of sight & far away from Suman's life, I would completely blame Aditya for his insecurities. But he's right there & ShraMan's effect on each other is obvious. As such, he deserves the truth.
2. To add to that, Suman's obvious indifference & disrespect for him as a partner or towards the marriage celebrations does not help either. Let's look at this from Aditya's POV - she is clearly coming across as selfish & manipulative. Why? Because on one hand, she wants to get married (she did not say no for marriage) & on the other hand, she constantly keeps demanding for space in the littlest things & showing no interest in any of the functions. He is not wrong to want transparency & for her to speak the truth.
Having said all that, I feel that all 3 - Suman, Shravan & Aditya are in the wrong. Suman is in the wrong for hiding things & constantly wanting things to go her way without any compromise on her part like trying to give him a chance. Shravan is wrong for constantly provoking Aditya & poking in the wedding even after Aditya has made it obvious that he knows something is going on between ShraMan. Aditya is wrong for thinking that molestation & assault is justified for getting the truth out. And also for being so overposessive of Suman. All 3 of them are messed up individuals who need help IMO.
Ditto Samridhi. I agree with everything that you have said. All three are wrong. Despite how grating Aditya can be, I DO see his POV here. He is marrying this girl, and he cant even be sure how she feels about him, and his so-called step brother! ShraMan's feeling for each other, their connection can be seen by Aditya quite clearly, maybe even more so now than before. (Because he has been told by Kameeni that they love each other). In his shoes ANY person will be insecure about the person they are marrying.
Suman clearly does not have any real interest in this marriage and it is merely an obligation for her. She is just doing it to keep the family happy. Nothing more. To top that, she is in love with someone else, who she assumes despises her now. She is heartbroken and feeling low. In such cases, we don't feel like celebrating, even if it's our wedding! I totally get her feelings too, even though they can look pretty bad as well!
Shravan just doesn't even really know how he feels. He SAYS he hates Suman and wants to get rid of her. But is VERY much in tune with her moods and his eyes continue to silently question her about her decision, even while saying with his mouth that he is here to help give her a "send off".
All three are making the wrong choices and this bust up at the wedding is totally to be expected. I would be surprised if no explosion happens after all the "brewing" that has been going on here!
