You see, wearing short dresses or skirts is not deplorable. It's the way one carries it and her respective mentality. If one's manner of thinking is very narrow, then every type of "western" clothing will look shameful.

I guess she is uncomfortable wearing it. There has been lot of change in Sumo of before and now..she has mellowed down..

You know what I don't understand, the stereotypical image of a "good" girl that's portrayed in these Indian TV shows. Why can't the female lead dress like every other girl who is her age? Only because her wardrobe comprises of traditional wear, she is naive and pure. What logic!

And Shravan isn't allowing his feelings to surface because he doesn't want to shatter again! I feel, he should become stronger.

Yeah I agree.It is a stereotype..I think its about showing how "sanskaari" a person is.
Shravan loves her and he is still confused about what she feels for him.The poor guy doesn't want more rejection.. 😆
I think he will always been shown a bit weak when it comes to his family and the people he loves.Its like his character trait/flaw.
