I think she will back off on last moment. Reason must be aditya's behaviour towards her after knowing her feelings towards shravan. He must have said some mean words about her character, relation with shravan.. etc...

Madam ka self respect jag aayega..

There must be small lecture on self respect, women empowerment & male tendency & Nanu will understand her...
