Aditya, is a very normal guy who can be like a guy next-door. It isn't like he has a life filled with just happiness. He as per the story lost his real mom at a very young age and then later he lost his dad too. He just had the privilege of having Niru around him who filled that kind of gap in his life. Its possible for him to carry an emotional baggage. I strongly believe that even after everything that's happened in our life upto now is gross its still we who personally choose the way we want to continue living. Take it or leave it is the condition. When our Shraman lead most of their lives by taking their past with them this guy seems to leave it behind.
There are too many guys who start approaching a girl based on physical attraction and when I myself have seen such guys, din't ever find Aditya's intentions wrong. He liked a girl whom he later started respecting so much that he decided to share his life with her. He's too frank for a person and so din't understand any mind games played by our dear Shraman... one used him to make her love jealous and the other tried to show his place indirectly which misfired... Yes, he lies but only in situations where he feels the necessity. Some percent of greyishness is seemingly okay in any person. I don't buy the idea of many that he's the cause of Shraman's big fight... basic problem is with Shraman themselves, major trust issues and insecurities just added fuel to the fire.
What did Shravan do when he finally knew the truth of Adi-Niru I don't expect him to be cordial but he could have confronted Adi or atleast reveal the same to him instead he just chose to be angry... but Adi has a different perspective of life, he went straight to both Shraman to actually confirm the things unknown to him.
The scene start with Adi showing the investors proof. I think he'd already caught the glimpse of something unruly behind this issue. He started by directly asking her whether she's missing someone. He hating lies, liars and as marriage is a pious relationship demanded transparency. he went on even asking about the tiff between Shraman, according to me he also gave too many hints to Suman that he came across some reality by stating Shravan's name. When she wasn't revealing anything then he finally started talking real issues like them being partners for life in just 5 days. Adi might've sounded harsh while introspecting Suman but that was a necessary step... if she were to reveal she would've done it already and so he sounded like he was threatening her to expose the truth... He understood everything from his convo with Suman but was still sceptical as in he din't understand how to react.
The situation went easy for him when Shravan's (who blasted him in the morning was now ready to arrange his wedding) intentions were possibly viewable to only him. Adi by extending his hand to his foster brother pulled himself out of this Shraman's mess. He now by keeping Shraman close is gonna watch them and along with this he might be on a mission of treasure-hunt for clues when our magic-box is gonna appear. As he's not a guy who would make a tamasha, his reaction can end with bashing Suman in private and cancelling the wedding.
I think I've miscalculated him that he's gonna bring Shraman closer but after analysing now I don't think he would even try to do anything of that sort. He accepted Shravan but it was just to get the chance to observe Shraman's relationship closely which will decide whether Suman is n or out. I also thought he might bring Niru closer to Shravan but now I don't... he isn't much interested in that. He's happy having a loving mom and is content with that and wouldn't feel the necessity to change her life.
This is my purely unbiased view of the character Aditya. Finally, I would like to end this longer than expected post with my stern belief that Adi isn't here to change something in this story but is here to push it forward to some meaningful phase.
