Shravan is at fault today..
No doubt In it...
But it's basis is some misunderstandings..
Which are contributed by Ramnath, Nirmala & Suman herself..
He can think only on the basis of those misunderstandings.
So, can't blame his brain at this point.
Suman always "used" him...
In childhood, she used him to do her homeworks..
But didn't even listened to him , when he needed her the most
He have no idea about sumo- Ramnath agreement
So, according to him,sumo didn't accepted the favor from him & accepted the favor of a stranger.
The day he vent out on her, she soon agreed for another marriage..
He don't know, it was agreed due to Nanu's health problems...
Only Ramnath, Suman& Preeti know this truth.
So, till he gets some light about any of such MUs, he can't be blamed for thinking Suman has been cheating on him...

If he is at fault today, it is the result of her knowing/ unknowing mistakes till yesterday...

He needs to see a shrink ASAP- he can send us the bills - anything to end the nonsense he's been spewing on sumo and women in general and to make him a positive person
