It's the "Nawabi" look. I remember in QH when Aahil and Sanam got married, Aahil who was a Nawab, was dressed in something similar with a chain as well. But honestly he looked Royal in it. There was a picture of KV and SJ posing together in their "Royal couple" look and they both looked amazing. He wore Blue and she wore Gold.

I think since Pushy is the Dulha they want him to look a bit more "adorned" than our Hero, who always upstages everyone with his Hotness!😉
