Begging and pleading neither.
Leaving definitely didn't work...May be it did, for her😡...but not for the abandoned son😭...

She should have just stayed on , resigned her job and gone shopping with Ramnath's money.

I AM SERIOUS!

See, that is what Kamini did and it seems to have worked out well.😆

At some point in time, Ramnath would have shouted at her saying she is wasting his money and she could have told him that he never liked seeing her happy- taking lessons from mami here. 😉

Bottom line- If you are stuck with a husband not on the same wavelength, pester him until he grows up to your wavelength. 😆

😆 - yup! she should have emptied his entire his entire credit limit in one go - may be by buying expensive gifts for the malhotra family - ek teer hazar shikaar 😆

also, on a very light note - now i know why she did not take a chance explaining her pov to her 16 year old teenage son 10 years back - because just like a mother knows her children in and out - she should have also known that sharvan did not have the emotional maturity to analyze 😆

see what he is doing now! kept his brain in a freezer and sulking and expanding the diameter of his under eye dark circles 😆

It would not have been fair on Nir if she did stay back but seeing what Shravan has become it makes me wonder whose happiness matters more? The mother's or the son's?

We all have our own opinion but given that I am a mom nothing matters more to me than my kids happiness. So either I would have stayed back or made sure I have my kids with me as the main custodian.

Totally agree with you on this. I have seen many families breaking up and the kids suffering and mostly it is the guy's fault...For the sake of kids, mothers stick on and then give up after a point...

I think in such cases, women should just get inspired by teh husband and give him a taste of hsi own medicine.

Acting the victim only makes it worse..

And believe it or not, when a woman stands up for herself, 9 out of 10 guys are taken back...they are simply stunned. 😉

And the effect is long lasting too...

Thanx, Sumaiya! 😉😆

Shravan was not closer to his dad. It si Nirmala with whom he used to share his craze for cars and she used to accompany him to the book store too.

If Nirmala thought Shravan was closer to his dad, SHE DIDN'T KNOW HER OWN SON! 🤔

Just spend the guy's money and teach him a lesson.

And then doubt him with every woman he meets in his profession...make his life hell.😆

I don't think he was a great father. Yes, he fulfilled all his responsibilities as a father. But he never understood the emotional needs of his son. He did what he thought was right. Since shravan never questioned it looks like he wad a great father. He was insecure of nirmala. So took her out of their life. He sent shravan to London, he wasn't really there for him at his most difficult phase of life. Now that he is a successful lawyer it looks perfect decision. It could have gone awry too. What if he got into drugs or something or even committed suicide. Shravan was an extremely sensitive kid. He could have gone to any lengths. I don't believe ramnath was a great father. After nirmala left shravan was not with Ramnath too. He was by himself. If he is grown up to be a nice guy that credit won't go to Ramnath.

I think if Nirmala had not left , Shravan's situation would have been worse. I do remember a flashback where sumo talks about Nirmala-Ramnath fight as a daily routine. So only Sumo didn't bulge when Shravan told about Nirmala leaving home. and that was probably last meet of young shramans as Shravan left after that.
Until shravan's 16 years, Ramnath was not a big lawyer, so He didn't mind Nirmala going for a job but after that he didn't supported it. So their fights would have never end in my view and Shravan's future would have been worsened in this situation.
This is a daily soap , Ramnath and nirmala are going to meet and there will be climax but If it was real, I think this was best decision of Nirmala for all. Not only Nirmala herself but for Ramnath and Shravan also.
