The main concern is Sumo :(

Hello people, hope all of you are doing good. Well coming straight to the topic, I would say the one person I really felt angry on today was Sumo I dont know why are CVs making our fav. characterlike that? Why are they turning her into an emotionally unintelligent person? 🥱 I am pissed at this. Suman Tiwari was one of the most sort after characters in the show. She knew how to maintain a balance between her emotions and her self-respect. But here she is slowly becoming a frustrated stubborn girl who is full of self-pity. She gets touchy when someone even tries to prove that she is not good enough. or not doing good enough. Why?Where is the old Sumo? First of all I dont understand why she needs to hide the truth from Shravan? I know she would not want PreeKar's wedding to be cancelled or to create differences between Shra and Ramnath but wasnt she the one who wanted to prove that how mean his dad has been to Nirmala? Then why not now? Its not her responsibility to deal with this crap while all others enjoy themselves. She was the girl who would not take anyone's shit. But was that attitude only for Shravan? Why not for Ramnath? Go show that man his place. Tell the truth to Shravan and let him handle his dad.

i was watching today and i felt Sumo has taken ramanth words that she is not good enough for Shravan on her ego like kunas ( like for spite)

Guys what if Aditya is just here to patch up nirmala and shravan? What if he is not here for sumo at all

Whatever was shown today, was utter BS. I cannot understand Suman tiwari anymore. She is constantly singing songs about her self-respect. This self-respect things is a huge joke now. That strength in her aatma saman has vanished somewhere.

She was asked to stay out of Shravan and Ramnath's relation, she was never asked to hurt him this much. From the day she started avoiding him, I was like this is going downhill, it's not even getting better. I don't even see love in her. She is being very stupid at this moment. I actually thought, that after she learns what chachi's friends have said, she would change. But Suman tiwari and stubborn attitude filled with ego go hand in hand. I was so angry when she said "khatam karte hai yeh sab". What is she doing? Some meherbaani on him? Who does she think she is? Showing all this attitude and ego! If she is worried about her family, Shravan also has equal rights to care about his family. And I don't understand what she will lose if she chooses to listen to Shravan. This constant self-respect drama is getting on my nerves. Also, a girl, who has so much self-respect, wouldn't have accepted Aditya's hand for that dance. She would've pretended to be hurt or something. She doesn't let Shravan touch her, when he is trying to help her wipe of flour or something. And here, she accepts a stranger's hand, that too for a very close dance. She confuses me like anything! And you've said a very good thing, did she forget how Shravan remained by her side when she met with that accident? If he wasn't there, she wouldn't have recovered so soon. And she is hurting this boy? Shravan?

I don't know what CVs are trying to show. All this is beyond ridiculous! My mind is shdhehjsidjdhfhh after seeing all this.

So true Yaar. I agree. Does cvs knows what kind of ppl are watching this show I don't think they care anymore. They are just like humeray 200 episodes ho Gaye till then torching ppl who watch it. They know ppl won't quit and will watch anything bcz of NAmik. It's true but why man man. Since I know my watching is not counted towards trp I just see his scenes and then let it go but till when man? Sumo is just getting too much I can't see or tolerate her. Koi aur pouchna Nahin hai and jo Karta hai us ko hurt karti rehti hai and that new guy phew close dance where is self respect man. If u would have ignored him and called sharvan once by name she would have stopped. Cvs better shows that it's her plan to bring nirmala truth out and that's why he is there Warna how can they justify a stranger just entering Shadi hall with ppl wondering who is he?? I was never up for jealousy track not after 100 episodes for sure. I rather had this serial ending short and sweet then to be like this

It is one of those episodes where I am pulling out my hair cuz I just cant decide whose side I am on. You have raised good points..& I get it...As much as I would like to rant, I totally understand Sumo's stance too..Its not abt butchering..or any such deviation from characterization ..( IMO, these terms have been grossly overused that at times we wrongly categorise actions as deviations)
Dunno if I will make sense, but just bear with me.Why am I compelled to think from her pov is simply cuz on a personal level can relate to what she is going on at the moment...
For a sec lets focus on her, solely her..Leave behind Shravan..or the Rat's role in all this khichdi. Since the beginning, Sumo has been shown to be a go-getter...and goes the extra mile for others even if unwarranted. Why? Just to feel needed... her need for attention/company was shown right from school days...Even now when she has matured, there is this need of solace..sense of being appreciated..sense of feeling proud of herself...and this is under the guise of fulfilling responsibility.
Without her doing anything, Shravan makes her feel warm and good. Then one fine day, Rat comes & curtly tells her that he just doesn't like her..that she isn't good enough for Shravan..& this isn't any aira-gaira...The supreme himself ( acc to Shravan :P ) . Firstly, no matter if the person saying is the lowest scum on earth , it will hurt when they say one isn't good enough.. Secondly and most importantly, after just coming out of a bad phase with Shravan , be out of love or any other intention Sumo would not want to provoke Shravan ( in relation to his family) . If u remember the caf scene, she says she is indebted to him..and even saat khoon maaf for Shravan..

She is burdened by all the karz now...and no I am not talking family..its friendship's karz .
& she is breaking...She said today that she is fed up..Shravan mistook her words as "fed up of his suggestions". What she meant was fed up of putting up a brave front, fed up of trying to fulfill expectations , fed up of the constant criticisms.

She has jotted down her "priorities" in the form of a list. And alas her name is right at the bottom..It isn't abt what Shravan is feeling..cuz he isn't aware..He is confused plus the Rat's words constantly ring in his ears.

Heard this on another show "Auron ke madad karne se pehle khud ki oxygen mask pehno" Easier said than done. For someone who believes in the equation "Others' happiness= My happiness" they will frantically gasp for air but still try to help others..

From an audience pov, we know what the protagonists are going thru and thus we feel exasperated.

Maybe it will take Shravan after all to forcefully put that oxygen mask for Sumo :) ...& I see that in the upcoming episodes...

Incoherent ramblings, u might say..oh well a mixture of sleepiness and emotions...I hope I made at least an iota of sense somewhere in there
