It was painful to see Shravan like this but what I like about him is that he is not angry and his trust on her that she would come around is commendable. His reaction was normal and expected. Let me clear your confusion here and say what I wanted to point out.
See basically all these days it Suman who has been ignoring Shravan,giving him attitude and rude looks and she had not expected Shravan to do the same but now it's Shravan who has started behaving the same way she did and so now the unexpected person is doing what was expected from Susan. So the roles have been reversed and tables have turned :)
I hope I could put my point properly here.

Mittu 👏 brilliant as Usual I loved how Shravan though is angry or rather confused about his madcap unusual behaviour compared to the last time they met he's not snubbing her off

He's waiting for her to come to him as always cause he knows he's the one she comes to for solving her problems let's see if his belief is proven right 😉
