I feel there won't be offering of money(cheque) directly from Ramnath. He will trap Sumo somehow, since the cheque is found in her room, there are possibilities that Ramnath will make it look like the cheque is given by Shravan. But he will play this game intelligently and trap sumo and will use it later on to present a wrong impression of sumo to Shravan, similar to what he did between Nirmala and Shravan.
So whatever bomb blasts will be after Preekar's rokha. During rokha, Ramu may behave as if he is okay with Shravan's confession to Suman, at the same time he will be trapping sumo in his web and after rokha he will start his move.

It is different that's why I said Ramnath will not directly give cheque to Suman and ask her to chose between family and love of her life etc melodramatic stuff. He will trap her for sure, but how I can't guess, hope cvs will come up with intelligent plan and not same old emotional blackmailing stuff. Suman is very different from the regular TV heroines, so I expect cvs to come up with real intelligent plan that sumo can be trapped because if sumo gets trapped with stupid same old plans of TV soaps then its disappointing, she is smart, feisty and independent so falling for some aise-waise trap will not suit her.
But I am sure there is a reason why cvs made Shravan to confess his love to Ramnath before he could confess to sumo. There has to be some misunderstanding between Shraman and clearing that will lead to pardafash of Ramnath.
