Shravan ne kaha, ki wo jaanta hai (that Sumo loves him too..)

Lekin wo kab se jaanta hai.. kya kal ki coffee date pe hi use realize hua, ya phir pehle se usko hints mil rahi thi aur kal baat confirm ho gayi?

Because he didn't say that jaan gaya hu... he said jaanta hu... it means he is aware of it since long time...

But since when? Terrace scene ke baad... ya Office eyelock scene ke baad...

Many possiblities...

I would like to see if he explains this some day to Sumo..

i think he realized after coffe date conversation...he know sumo cares fro himm..after coffee date he realizzed she also likes him

yes,after coffee date becoz the way shravan defend sumo infront of ramnath that was amazing...first time he defend sumo infront of his father

I think You are Right👍🏼
After that Terrace incident He was Actually Sure that "Sumo would not leave him again" & That's why He decided to Propose Her😃
But Then Nirmala heppen & it went good till RaMini enter d scene & Everything goes wrong after that
So yes after Coffee Date when she asked him that "if She is not able to make him Trust on Her" and that's How he is now clearly able to see that She loves him Now & Then❤️
