Ever since the beginning she's shown to be reacting in a more than a friend way..but the realization hit her on the terrace, when he friend zoned her and getting dissapointed, she realized that she was expecting more.

I would say when he helped with the tiwari villa issue!

I think After The case ...As that time Shravan Wanted to go to London,But he cancelled it just bcz of Suman ..Suman realized that he cares for her nd still he can do anything for her ...That's why Sumo fallen for him.
