He smiled seeing the feedback form and the line that said "Magar pyaar see" maybe that was the time his mask fell off, maybe that was the only thing which connected him to her at the moment when she had decided to stay away from him. He smiled at that particular line because that gave him the Sumo feel,perhaps that was what his heart was waiting for. Maybe the line or the food was the only thing that gave him the feeling of love from her side for which he was itching for. He was almost feeling the emotion but then came the villain i.e. his ego who tells him to stop smiling and even leave that one last physical memory of her aside.But then comes the hurt part of his which does the same thing like his brother Ego but it is different, the part wants all the memories to leave him but it does not force him to do rude things. Its his ego who makes him call his junior and tells him to call her and tell that he does not need that food anymore but its his hurt part that punishes him and hurts him more when he realizes that he has pin pointed on one thing she loves the most. He is hurt and so he is does not even eat his lunch and tells that there will be no lunch for him from tomorrow. For him its either PCT food or no food but PCT is not an option as he is angry at her not for the past but for a simple reason that she did not call even once. He sees her standing outside waiting for the auto and he is sure that her 'jaan' is broken yet again but he decides to not offer her a lift but just look at her,making her realize the amount of pain she is giving not only to him but to herself too by deciding to stay away from him.

She knows Pushkar is right,she knows that she loves him,she even knows that he loved her 10 years back but she doesn't know that he still loves him and so she decides to distance herself from him even at the cost of her happiness. She denies what Pushkar said but she knows it is true but she still denies it cause of the simple fear:the fear of rejection but what the irony here is she fears rejection but thats what she has given to the person whom she fears from. Of course her fear of rejection is valid because from a young age she has been rejected,rejected of the love she should have got. She loves him and she thinks its her that keeps him unhappy so she decides to sacrifice her happiness and leave him but she does not understand thats one thing he does not want all he wants is a simple affirmation.
