Chapter 9
"Shravan", Suman murmurs slowly laying in between consciousness & unconsciousness.
"Sumo..", Shravan screams waking up.
Pushkar comes near him to calm him down. Doctor gave Shravan injection for which he got slept. Shravan is not in his sense, he was crying continuously uttering Suman's name. Kids called Pushkar & said about the situation crying. Pushkar immediately came to them leaving all work. He entered & gets shocked seeing Shravan's condition.
Doctor came & pushed injection. Only by this he calmed down. Shravan again gets slept. Krish wipes his tears. Kriya is crying. Pushkar hugs the kids. He is not strong enough to stay calm but he controlled his emotions seeing the kids' faces. They're crying. Pushkar needs to be strong. He can't be broken. Pushkar hides tears & bits own lips.
At ICU.
Suman is struggling in between life & death. She has been admitted to hospital more than 3 hours ago. Still she's unconscious. ECG curves are showing life in her though she's not responding with the treatment.
Ms. Pallavi Roy is walking at the hospital corridor. She's so much worried, she brought injured Suman to hospital. Doctor comes to her.
"Look Ms. Roy, we're trying our best. But she's not doing well. Now its upto her luck. Pray to almighty. Her condition is really critical.", doctor leaves.
Ms. Pallavi sits on the bench. Her manager Mr. Kaushik consoles her.
"Bhogoban rokkha koro. Please God save her", she prays folding her hands.

Next morning.
Shravan wakes up. Krish is sitting beside him, sleeping. Kriya is also sleeping placing her head on her brother's lap. They're cheeks are still wet. Poor kids cried the whole night.
Shravan touches his kids' faces. He recalls Suman's words of taking care of kids. He sighs & gets up. He makes kids lay on the bed properly & goes to take shower.
After a while, he goes to make breakfast for kids. Leela asks him to take rest but he refuses. After some hours, he goes to kids, kisses on kids' foreheads and makes them awake. Krish says "5 more minutes mumma" then he opens eyes remembering about Suman. He sees Shravan smiling. Kriya gets up yawning.
Shravan takes her in lap, makes them brush their teeth & get ready. Kids sit on dinning table. Shravan shows them their favourite breakfast but they're not happy. Shravan sighs. He feeds them breakfast but they're still quiet.
-Flashback
"Shu che? Why are you making noise?", Suman gets angry.
Kids get quiet. Suman turns back & drops some bowls mistakenly which makes a loud noise. Kids control laughter hardly. Suman laughs. Kids also laugh.
Flashback ends-
Shravan sees kids quiet & sighs. Kids don't eat properly & leave. They prepare to go school but Shravan says no need to go school for few days. Kids look on, Shravan smile at them. Kids slightly smile & go back to their room. Shravan wipes own tears silently.

Shravan goes to his room & sits on the floor. He cries his heart out & screams Suman's name.

At hospital.
Suman takes a deep breath & opens eyes.
Doctors are happy cause the patient is responding. After so long time, she getting her sense. Nurse happily calls Ms. Pallavi inside.
Ms. Pallavi enters. Suman opens her eyes. She's still week so can't talk. Pallavi smiles & touches Suman's forehead. Doctor says she'll be shifted to general patient's cabin but needs to be observed as her injury is severe. Ms. Pallavi nods.
Shravan stands near the window.
-Flashback
Suman is being taken to the OT, she's having labor pain & breathing heavily. The pain in clearly seen on her face as her face turned pale. In spite of this, she's talking to Shravan, who's holding her hand. He's equal nervous & tensed also crying silently.
"Aur suno..humare baccho ka koi dhang ka naam rakhna..cool hona chahiye..aur dono ka naam ek hi letter se shuru hona chahiye..like "K".."
"Sumo, please concentrate!!"
"Concentrate on what? On pain? Ye dard mein jaan le rahi hai phir bhi main tumse baat kar raha hoon.."
"Accha bolo"
"Aur dusri shaadi ke bade mein sochna bhi mat.."
"Dusri shaadi? What the.."
"I mean agar mujhe kuch ho jaye toh..Twin risk factor hai..don't you know?"
"Shut up, silly! Tumhe kuch nehi hoga! Ho hi nehi sagta..main tumhara naam lunga aur tumhe jhatse hosh aa jayega. Promise!!"
Suman signals Shravan to bent down. He does so. She kisses on his nose & smiles.
"Suno lambu, jyada rona mat. Shravan babu, I hate rears", she smiles &goes inside.
Flashback ends-
Shravan wipes his tears & smiles sadly.

Shravan murmurs "Sumo..kaha ho tum".

Days have been passed. Suman has recovered well. Doctors are surprised also.
Suman is sitting on the hospital bed & eats. Nurse keeps her medicines on the side table.
At home.
At home.
Shravan is feeding Krish & Kriya. They're eating silently.
"What happened, kids? Tum dono itne chupchap kyun ho? I mean jab tumhari mumma tumhe khilati thi tab toh dono bohot pareshan karte the"
"Humne mumma ko pareshan kiya iss woh chali gayi naa?", Kriya cries.
Krish also wipes his tears. Shravan sighs. He keeps the plate aside & takes Kriya on his lap.
"No silly! Mumma ghoomne gaye hai. Chale ayenge bohot jal"
"Sacchi, papa?", Krish asks.
"Sacchi mucchi", Shravan tries to smile.
"Aana hoga. Tumhari mumma ko aana hoga. Tum dono ke liye ..mere liye", he says.
Kids hug Shravan.
Pallavi comes to Suman & asks about her health. Suman smiles & nods "ok".
"Accha beta aapke ghar mein kaun kaun hai? Phone number..actually unko inform karna hai naa?"
Suman gets surprised.
"Mujhe kuch yaad nehi hai", she says.
She starts having heavy headache. Pallavi calms her down. Doctor gives injection to Suman & she falls asleep. Doctor says Pallavi to come with him. She follows doctor.
Doctor sees Suman's CT scan report.
"Jiska dar tha wohi hua. Patient ki memory chali gayi hai. Unhe kuch yaad nehi hai apne bade mein"
"Doctor, iska koi treatment?"
"Treatment..I can't say because humein ab tak nehi pataa woh kis stage pe hai. Aise mein patient kabhi kabhi sab kuch bhool jaate hai, like her name or address aur kabhi kabhi baki sab yaad rehta hai sivaye kuch events ke, such as uski school life ya marriage etc. Inke case mein jab apne unse naam pucha woh violent ho gayi that means humein unke past se woh violent ho gayi that means humein unke past se joora hua kuch bhi unke samne nehi lana hai. Isse unki jaan bhi jaa sagti hai", doctor suggests.
Pallavi gets worried.
