U r right. Sumo thought the experiments had failed but in reality he did prove that he loves her.
This guy feels so much for her that i hope that Sumo's love matches his equally. But i guess its said correctly that in a relationship there is always one person who loves the other more.
Preeti Pushkar scene was good but i found Preeti to be a bimbo and their scenes seemed forced. Pushkar deserves someone way better...

Her love is innocence one thing which has been completely missing from Shravan's life. Her love is generous and this Shravan knows no wonder time and again Oxford-returned lawyer goes to seek that comfort, that solace in spite of him being intelligent and resourceful. Hers is the only presence which can lift him up from the morass of misery and this is not only because Shravan feels it this way but because Sumo has always been with him as such a presence. Here's what stood out for me in the past few episodes ...


shravan being in love wit Sumo is not in question cause the letter of his youth clearly shows us where he stands ... He wouldn't be so hurt if it was mere friendship .. His thwarted first love is what made him so bitter ...

Agree.. no person could go to such lengths to extract revenge in the name of calling it even. He was hurt and bitter or disillusioned because it was she who was involved. She whom he loved.
What's clearly interesting is Suman ... From the time the word fees was mentioned in that closet her feelings came jumping to the fore ... He closes In on her & she does not shrug ... He bends over as if to kiss & she does not shy away ... She expected the sabse khoobsurat ehsaas to be 'love'

This to me is very interesting if u link this wit Holi sequence & Sumo's shout out that I dint abandon u ... The connect is simply beautiful
Yes, Sumo's whole ten years have been spent thinking about him, her whole world revolved around him. He was the world that made her go on in an uncharacteristic Sumo manner not being despondent like Suman. Because she knew he would be there as she had never left him. She has not been able to verbalize her feelings or articulate them as she wanted them to but her feelings are now singularly more clearer, particularly so, when he gives her those mixed signals. Absolutely, Red the connect is seamless. Thank you for pointing it out🤗
What's most interesting & what sort of gives the plot away is the FB of karela's isn't it interesting the dish is called authentic sumo karela a signature dish of sorts for sumo the chef ... & the ques she asked shravan then was What if ur wife's fav dish was karela
True that as a teenager also these two were completely into each other and made for each other.. at times love never needs to be spelled out, does it? Yet what does comes through is a feeling how in spite of their narratives and reading so inextricably intertwined they have not been able to reach the same goal and at the same time. On second thoughts, he would really have to get used to eating karelas for the rest of his life😉
Makes one wonder were these guys always on the same page but dint communicate ... Puts the promo is stark clarity when u see it wit this lens

Regarding Karela,.. I have a contrary view to what most of you think.. just like he worked on his charm which was missing in his teenage days... and now he uses it at the drop of hat ..from what I understand, being away from Suman..for 10 long years.. he didn't really was away .I think, he worked one by one on everything Sumo liked .. like when she went to Prom she wanted a stylish looking charming boy .. he turned into one.. similarly he might have really overcome his dislikes ...on one hand his anger for sumo and other hand his love for sumo .. in the same heart ..that anger gave him the zidh to overcome all his dislikes and flaws and turn into those weaknesses into his strengths .. so the karela thing, I genuinely think he did started loving karelas now.. as they say love gives strength to overcome all weakness and flaws..aisa ho sakta hain ki sumo ko jo pasand hain ...shravan woh na karein .. what if it is "karela" what if he didn't say it .. it's all over the place

And that moment when he went to restroom... it was not to wash his hands or throw up .. but to show Sumo's excitement and her little jig ... the entire scene was narrated from Sumo's perspective .. so to give her a moment of merry .. they sent shravan to restroom and sumo celebrated her happiness and ecstasy in a little jig ... for me I still think Shravan ate those karela genuinely and he worked to overcome his dislike over years.

Yes, you are right it was to show Sumo's delight, her happiness and her eventual dismay. I would genuinely want this to take place that he did start liking Karelas but for her.

And Suman she is still in the initial pangs of "feeling of being in love" phase .. there is a bachpana in her pyar,.. preetha's constant side tracking of Sumo and she following it is more like bachpana... time will come when she will understand Shravan without these tests, she will dwell into his eyes and understand him ,..
