Lovely post!
And I really don't think Shravan is gonna be sorry for what he did so soon. It'll take some time, a confrontation may be, for him to realize his folly. And this time around, Sumo is not gonna forgive him easily.
Hope the whole party scene is aired today🤔

I think this whole tit for tat track is rather silly. But perhaps Shravan is meant to look silly and immature in the track. Yes. That's what it is. He is meant to look silly and moronic.

When Sumo did what she did, she was young and full of herself. Now, Shravan is OLDER and full of himself. To do something silly in your youth is one thing, but to take that and repeat it when you are older is something else all together. He has taken Suman's immaturity and acted upon it when he is older and supposedly more mature.

Now do you want to be friends with someone who is that immature, who has not evolved with time? A nut lodged in a hard candy? You'd rather throw that candy away than breaking your teeth and spending money on a dentist!

So I may not be able to predict what the character will do but I can say what I would like her to do- not eat that candy. There are plenty of other delicious desserts in the market that will satisfy your cravings. Time is very precious and one should spend it with people who are worth spending it with. To chase after an unlikely dream is to chase after a kite that is too fast and swept by strong winds, and when you finally get to hold it you realise that it is torn and imperfect. But you would have wasted time and energy running behind it. Sumo is better off on her own.

He is doing this because he wants to show her that what he felt when Suman take him granted and didn't consider his feelings. Don't say that she didn't lead him and they are children. I think they are at least 16 or 17 age I think that age people know that what is right and wrong . He asked her to come with him and she say that he was not good enough to go with him I can imagine how he hurted that he still didn't get over that. . What I am thinking is he didn't want to insult her ya anything he just want to show that how he hurt when she said he was not good enough for her. Like Suman said it's not big thing but he want to show that it's very big thing for him and he wants sumo understand that. And it's not only shravan who seek for her forgiveness sumo also need shravan forgiveness if they wants to continue their friendship. If not then they can move with their lives without crossing each other paths.

Even thought they are not kids at that age... they are also not mature. This is the age when everything is taken casually. This is also the age when our parents support us financially and emotionally and we all feel the world is at our feet. Only when we go to work and face the real world, away from parents do we really grow up.

In that sense neither Suman nor Shravan were grown up... Again, in the past and present Sumo apologized Shravan didn't... For Shravan it is not just about Sumo ditching him at the party... it is about Sumo not being in love with him and reciprocating his feelings... that is what hurt him. Then, he did not want to wait and now, he is going about it from the wrong side of the road!!

agree that they are not mature and don't take things seriously but it's the same age which is foundation of the future what ever you learn you will learn in childhood and it's effects in adult hood. And Suman really don't know that the hurt she caused him. And I don't really think it's only Suman refused his feelings it's more than that. No one can blame that it's her choice who she wants to be with. It's more like he was not good enough for herself friendship. Because he was geeky, nerd that's why he was not good. It's hurt when people judge then seeing their outer appearance and I think that hurt him more.

Exacting revenge from a person who was once your world, doesnt make sense to me. Borders on cruelty and insensitivity. Shravan even after ten years is going all out to humiliate her for what he believes she hurt his innocent heart. But did she really? Sumo was always clear that they would be friends outside the school premises, and he agreed with her. He didnt back out and neither did he reveal his true feelings and when he once did, am very sure Sumo was and still is unaware.
After being educated and practicing as a lawyer, is this what he has learnt? To do hisaab barabar🤢😡. Sumo will show him about the courage to move on with love and respect for herself and others. And if Sumo did care only about outer apperances, Shravan is also obsessed with superficial appearances, with his own glamourous personality and how he can win and break someone's heart. There might be many who would also believe that younger Shravan's friendship was based on his attraction for the vibrant outer personality of Sumo, rather than for any intrinsic qualities in her.
They were both immature and cannot be looked upon as adult. Age is not the only yardstick for judging someone's maturity. If that were the case, Shravan at this stage would not have committed such an atrocious silly act of exacting revenge. And when Suman called him bhagoda, I guess she was not the only one who felt slighted, her whole family including her nanaji felt the same. Suman's labelling him bhagoda was simply to make him come out of his shell and reveal that pain. But he didnt do that... and therein lies the tale.
And also, I dont think so this party shall be the only incident in which Suman shall be slighted by Shravan, there shall be many such incidents. And it is after the many rounds of Shravan winning, shall we see Sumo winning and winning how...👏

LOL!

Ten years back they were of sixteen, and now twenty six. How will you differ the persons in this ten years gap. Every thing has been changed. Suman has gone responsible and transparent while Shravan is living with a veil. He has loosen himself completely. Dwelling a hater to hide his true feelings exactly makes him weak and misty.

Definitely, Suman will forgive him for his mischieves by pretending him as stranger and then Sharavan may try to become her life time Ambassador mechanic😆

Simple logic ...repeating all the 'wrongs' or silliness that suman did as a teenager is the 'heros' answer for revenge ...its surprisingly different ,good different, bad different or indifferent is the question as a viewer I ask
