Lovely summary of the episode, Samridhi !

Yet again, full marks to the makers...EDKV is indeed going great guns!

What stood out for me:

- Loved Namik's subtle use of expressions as Shravan absorbs every moment of the 'transaction' of the jewellery drama. A lot has indeed been invested into Shravan's character; the nuanced moments are indeed noteworthy, and Namik employs just the right element of understatedness to capture them⭐️

- Like you, LOVED the spill over into the father son soul-searching moment.👏 Some ORIGINALITY on display there with the Family Tree idea, and the pearls of wisdom that followed. My only grouse - considering how Intelligent Shravan is, did not expect him to utter "Par yeh sab aap mujhe aaj kyon bata rahein hai?" 😕

- LOVED, LOVED, the super duper original idea of the "ID proof" - was absolutely hilarious! 😆 And the gift that popped out of the envelope - even more so!😆

- And then the ShraMan phone convo - EXTREMELY well done! ADORED how Suman was caught unawares on hearing Shravan's voice...Shravan's reaction ("meri awaaz sunne ke liye")...until the final "Maine kaha, Bye!"...LOVED every moment of it! Nikita and Namik just nailed it! 👍🏼

- And then, the "So caring!" moment by the unsuspecting Suman...provided yet another insight into her character...that she is only "Sumo" on the outside...the simplicity of the real Sumo is truly endearing to watch! 👏 This was on display yet again, during Suman's interaction during the dress conversation, with her cousin...

- A THUMBS UP to the "Pratibha" moment as well ! 😆 Some amazing bromance there on display between Shravan and Pushkar, with some good writing and natural acting by both!👍🏼

In conclusion, yet again, a FANTASTIC episode

Tomorrow will be "History repeats itself !"

Very nice post sam.

Today's highlight was shravan and father conversation...I must say that was really nice to see Mr Malhotra didn't just burst on his son but rather made him realize the importance of unity in a family...

Second one is suman getting medicine...really ...this guy knows each and every information about suman ...

Glad to see your post😃

WORD on how nuanced this show & Shravan's character is. Clearly a lot of thought has gone to it & that shows on screen. He isn't your typical, dumb male lead. He is observant, smart, & mysterious & Namik brings that out wonderfully, despite being a newbie. The father/son scene is something that is going to stay with me for a long time because of how it was executed. Ramnath's vulnerability & wisdom came through perfectly & the advice he gave Shravan was something Shravan needed to hear. I wish he really heard his father & reflected on those words. I don't think Ramnath's ever opened up to Shravan this way about his past & all that he went through which is why Shravan was taken aback as to why he was saying what he did.

The ShraMan scene again was very original & different. And the emotions Suman was going through came across beautifully. She can be tough but when someone cares for her the way Shravan did, she can't hide it. Such simplicity in her character & in the scene as well. Poor little delicate heart of hers is going to break so bad, especially since she did all she could to come to the party.

And Pushkar/Shravan's bond has always been something I've adored..I love how real this show & how they talk about the past, how they tease each other, joke around & look like brothers. And also Pushkar as a character is so sorted, & so positive, which is a delight to watch.

Looking forward to tomorrow's episode & your thoughts as well :)

I won't be either. I wish today was Thursday & not Friday lol. The wait is seriously going to be so unbearable.

Yes yes! Thank you for bringing up that scene. Truly Ramnath's humility & vulnerability came across in that scene as well. I just love how the CVs keep things consistent & add so much to the characters. It was a beautiful scene indeed. Ramnath's become one of my fav characters in this show apart from the leads, Pushkar & nanaji😳

I really do hope that Shravan regrets whatever he is going to do & makes it up to her.

OK I have no idea why I didn't see your post even though you're the one who replied first. I am basically the kinda person who doesn't see the most obvious things esp when they're right infront of you😆😆

I just hope Urvashi doesn't insult Sumo when Shravan is not around because Shravan needs to see how unsusheel his date is😡 Really I hope we don't see more of Urvashi after this party. We don't need a 3rd party coming in between Shravan.

Hopefully this party will make Shravan realise that he is still affected by her & watching her in pain hurts him too. I REALLY WANT TO SEE THEM HURTING with the EDKV title track playing in the background

The best scene in yesterday's episode was the smattering of phone convo between Shraman and when she says to her cousin, "tumne jaan bujh ke thodi hi kiya hain". Sumo loves Shravan, has always loved him and no wonder she goes to the party wearing that torn dress. She appreciates his gestures of sending her medicines and watchin out for her and will go to great lengths to express her gratitude. Her dialogue with her cousin, on the other hand, shows her maturity which unfortunately, is lacking in Shravan. He might have grown tall but not in stature. Sumo was always an innocent soul, one which Shravan will realize at a later date.
