I don't know if I am the only one but I find that the younger sumo was very inconsiderate. I mean come on Shravu went shopping with you and helped pick out a dress for you, atleast thank him properly.

I know right. Every single day, unintentionally, she was rejecting him in so many ways. Rejecting the way he looked, rejecting his nerd personality, rejecting his love.. For Shravan the humiliation was the last straw, because he thought despite all that snide comments she cared. Even if she remained silent during the humiliation, for him that was proof that she never cared.

Thats why he turned back..never to look at her again.

After 10 years he came back, because he was confident. He was confident that he had become the antithesis of what he once was. Somewhere he changed for her, because of her.

The expressions needed for the character canonly be pulled by Nimik. Those stern and witty expressions.

He have a hard face but guess for getting into the skin of character, he had done a splendid job.

That's the thing. Her personality was always that of a open book..the very typical teen who is bitchy, maybe even insensitive at times & bindaas.. So she never realised the way her words pierced his heart each day. Shravan on the other hand was always sensitive but yet for her, he pretended to be ok with being a friend, that too on the sly even though he always wanted more.

Look at them today..technically their core is the same. And Shravan hates it..because he changed so much for her, because of her, but she remains the same. She gives him attitude, judges him & mistakes him.

Exactly, *serious discussion wali Kriti mode on* it's so sad that even after the heartbreak and despite his decision to "move on," he's still there. Stuck. It was evident in the way he was looking at that picture, a bit of longing, a bit of heartbreak, it still affects him. She still affects him. (Namik nailed that scene btw).
