WHAT?!? Erm..No. This is definitely some fake news. Before even talking of love, these two need to start afresh on the note of friendship. 10 years have passed, they have both changed & so has their lives. They need to get to know each other all over again on a clean slate, with both thinking of friendship then proceed on to love declarations, weddings & what not. As of now, Shravan is hung up on his love while Suman is hung up on her friendship, a marriage or any sort of love proposal does not fit into the picture at all. If this spoiler is indeed true, I am so going to stop watching the show.

Yes. I agree with u. I also hope this is false news. I just read it and posted it..
