Does anyone remember Shravan says Suman that they knew each other in childhood for short time? He said this when they were in the library prior to Anish's party. Then recently, when Suman was doing first aid to Shravan's arm, she remembered some scar Shravan has. I think this is connected to their childhood, maybe they were 6-7 years old or something so they don't remember much.

That makes this second leap in their relationship😆. They find their way to each other no matter what and build a stronger than before relationship😉

i dont know properly whether that scene made her feel like he had another scar or what tbh like how she had that inner feeling😆 but shravan getting hit near the same area or vicinity only to refuse further treatment was definitely a sign that he let suman do maraam paati on that area but doesnt want the doc to do further treatment...that definitely reminds him of the scar that mentally affected & physically affected him from his relationship with suman..

Yup...Mohit even uploaded a pic of a small baccha calling him Shravan in Jan/Feb...maybe they shot some childhood scene at that time and this all is connected!
