I don't know if Devraj truly is at fault here. Most likely he'll be proven innocent in the future (owing to it being a TV show). But I think even IRL scenarios the accuracy of armour/protective gear has never been a 100%.

The added nail in devraj’s coffin was the fact that he cheated in order to get his vests passed. He delayed vijay from reaching in time who would have been able to inspect it properly before approving. If anyone else is at fault it would be the commanding officer prior to Vijay taking back control.

I'm coming off as very mean but I feel nothing for Devraj right now. Maybe because I'm more succumb over the fact that one side Shravan has to go through so much and on the other side Suman will live in guilt for years for not saying good bye to her dad when she had all the chances.

i think then it would a bit foolish on their part to not check the quality properly hence arises the case of manufacturing misconduct...how come devraj wasnt aware that the cheap raw materials are being utilized ? did he not check the invoice or anything? if thats the case then there is professional miscommunication here and since devraj is the PI or the supervisor of the vest project than he has to be summoned in the court for acting foolishly ...

Yes, Devraj can't get away with it even if he really didn't know. The army trusted him and gave him the deal. Shravan hopefully will understand her loss is the biggest right now

Thanks for reminding this point. Compare both dads now. One has died for the country trusting what was provided will somehow save him, the other was only interested in cracking his deal.
