I remember not liking Suman for the first 2 Episodes... I thought she was full on attitude, snobish, arrogant and rude type of female lead who would only changed after falling in love..

And then she proved me wrong in the 3rd Epi where tried to defend Shravan when his dad was scolding him and then she turned out to be a softie and a normal relatable girl in the school who is discipline, know where her priorities lies, she knows what matters to her dad, so her focus was helping Shravan in becoming a better person.. and slowly slowly, she became my favourite character..

But Kanikka do have a powerful expression but post the party fiasco, I couldnt connect to her emotional scene.. I was confused if thats how Suman is, cant really express her emotions or Kanikka couldnt handle that scene..

I had a similar feeling seeing the initial epis of post lockdown.......after-party sequences look like to me...she was director's actor........CVs focus may have been to focus on the changes in Shravan's character more than anything else...so Suman's character was not much high lighted then.....

I have been soo impressed with her lately... I am soo connected to Suman Via Kanikka, that I can bare seeing her pain..

I've so similar feelings about this...Kanikka is making Suman's character alive to us......

Kanikka deserves more appreciation than SNS is giving her..

No question......she deserves way more appreciation...........hope her team does......

She has not thought or prioritized anything beyond her career in the army..........rolling on after thinking what will be daddu's reaction after knowing her relationship status with Shravan.........🤣

I get really intrigued by strong, empowering female characters! Most of the stuff I watch/read has to have that as a prerequisite. Loving Jane Austen's works is one of the reasons why👍🏼

@ B...same with me....maybe one of the reasons we're raised by those types of characters in real life too...Did you notice even on that era........Austen's FL was so well-read......it reminds me of the first interaction between Lizzie & Mr. Bingley & Mr. Darcy...she is discussing the library and availability of the good quality of books...reading book ❤️

Yes! I wondered if he was indeed gonna badmouth himself in front of Sumo. He looked scared for real.

Imo, Aneesh's character is well placed and played. A touch of grey there and not entirely dark.

What will be interesting is his role post leap. He has potential to become a close ally in the future or maybe I'm thinking too much😆

Waise Aneesh has always been directly or indirectly involved for Suvan to come close!🤣 Ep1 se leke aaj tak😆

@bold I agree....he isn't completely bad....he too was scared for Shravan😆

Ya, I actually imagined Aneesh's story to be something like this:

And I forgot to say, nice take on the episode. Concise and pertinent.

Suman didn't see this complication coming her way. In the way of her goals that is. But as they say, there are some things in life that happen when you least expect it. She obviously thinks this will put a crimp in her carefully planned future(to the second, military style) and her dilemma is valid. But sometimes, living life in the present allows us to readily invite such beautiful interludes(like love) and decide if they're worth weaving into our lifetime.

Shravan is always showing different aspects of life to Suman, making her realise what she is missing out on. I am glad that Daddu's staunch disapproval of civilians' fundas hasn't prejudiced her entirely. In the first episode, Daddu and Suman looked like peas in a pod but thankfully, it wasn't so. She has latitude.

Thank you so much!🤗

That looks like a great possibility👍🏼 I hope Aneesh (and in turn Nishant) is utilized in their story effectively. Both have great potentials.

Yes! Austen's characters (esp females) are always shown well read and having an opinion of their own!

Somehow I can relate more to characters who are engrossed in books😆
