Thanks, this is a very helpful clarification. Just for my knowledge, can you also please tell me what is the criteria for girls to take the exam and why was it proposed so?

I only ask for the rationale because when it comes to marriage, girls are legally eligible before boys. And then there is this rule about the NDA exam.

I'm not much educated in this department but as far as I know girls can sit for their defence entrance exam after graduation. I really don't know the reason behind this. Just an hour ago I learnt that Girls are not eligible to sit in NDA entrance exams as well. (I'm not sure if it's true since I read some answers on Quora) They have different sets of examinations apart from NDA. Tho my dad said few things have changed and are still changing.
