What did I do?Tough question... 😆

Even I wonder about this at times😆

The police will fine me if they find me riding a bike😆

I personally didn't want any risk.....I am a good civilian 😎

So this funny incident happened with my school best friend. She accidentally jumped a red light on the very next day of getting a driving license😆 Poor girl had to pay a fine on her first official driving day😆

That's weird. In Mumbai it's pretty strict if you're driving during the day. Some or the other officer would've caught her for being underage. Not sure about other places in India🤔

Here you get a learners licence before taking the test. So the learners' licence is for you to take your car out (be it on your own or through a driving school)

The driving test, well, is a sham. It gets done within 5 mins

Two of my friends who have a licence are still scared to drive on roads. I love driving and I think I have to thank my dad for it😆 The driving school I went to was not up to the mark, at least in terms of surviving on Mumbai roads🤔

lol, agreed if you have friends or family members to help you out then its better but i've known ppl who had took support from their driving schools because their family members thought it wouldve been risky as there isnt a spare gas and brake pedal on the passengers side which could lead to a potential accident so thats understandable too...only experienced driving instructors have those installed in their cars..my driving school i remember is quite popular in my area for passing its students so it was good...

the driving test over here is shit in NYC too ...ppl can pass within 5-10 minutes and they have their license receipt..plus, driving is important here bc unless you are traveling via transportation (esp in bigger metropolitan areas like NYC, carpooling, or something,) you cannot survive without a vehicle esp for job reasons or something😆

@bold - LOL exactly!! I live in a place where we have minimal public transportation and literally the first question during my job interview was: Do you have a car? Can you drive?

Another thing with public transportation is that sometimes it's not very reliable and sometimes it's too overcrowded so you won't even be able to board. In college, I would only take the campus or city bus only if I was not in a hurry or coming back from class....but trying to get a bus in the morning was almost impossible
