Good to see the show back from break, and despite the gap of three months, I found the show still sticking to the core storyline, so that is heartening for now.

Shravan's dreams are as colorful as ever😆.....ofcourse he would imagine a dream where Sumo is lattu over him and is oh so affectionate towards him, but even in his dreams, he seems to be braced for the family rejecting him for being irresponsible😆

Is "Nazm Nazm" supposed to be Shravan ka majnu mode background score for now?😆

In terms of the families, they provided a refresher on the civilians v/s army ideological conflict which I think was a good call in terms of reminding the audience of one of the core story points here.....Daadu has always been khadoos, so no surprise to see him over-reacting about intermingling with civilians. I guess there have been some casting changes, but I couldn't tell😆....the new actors cast for Sumo's mom and Shravan's chachu still seem to fit in pretty seamlessly with the cast.

They provided some continuity with showing Col Tiwari recovering from his injury and looking to get back to work....and the continuing tension between him and Shravan's dad over the business deal.

In terms of Shravan-Sumo....lol where we'd last left the story, Shravan was hung up on "impression jamaana" on Suman and trying to figure out if she cares for him.....now they've picked it up from a point where Shravan seems to have graduated to calling it "love".....then instantly backtracking again when Bunty throws a fit and quickly changing it to "Sirf LIKE hai, love nahin hai, mere bhai"😆. So it's safe to say, he's still a confused teenager. LOL.....unless some magical "deep" realization happened during the lockdown....but his dreams are still goofy, so I somehow doubt that😆

Sumo also seems more or less in the same mode....considering him an idiot, but willing to laugh at his antics....she stopped freezing him out completely😆. Last episode before the lockdown had her softening a bit towards Shravan, seeing him show some courage in trying to own up to his mistakes....so I guess they are back in that friendship zone again but maybe not fully to the level where she trusts him as much as she did before the party fiasco.

It's a good interlude they've put in with vacations to study for exams....still leaves scope to develop the story and characters even if they had to make some adjustments for whenever the Army track will happen.

Overall I enjoyed the episode and all in all, given the tough spot the makers must be in, they've still managed pretty well....the core of the show is maintained....the Bhopal location hasn't been changed (that's the one I was most wary about), the character dynamics are still more or less in the same zone with scope to grow from here.

So let's see how it goes.

Hi..I'm Isa...I believe we have not communicated before. I've joined this forum during the break.....by any chance were you in the YPNTKH forum?... I watched that show after it was over & that forum was not that active anymore.....I feel like I saw the same profile name there...You did pretty good review.....however...in this show...good thing it started back...considering the current situation they're doing pretty good...job...just a bit confused they ended before the break...on the day of blood donation camp...there was no mention of that in today's episode...& also how the ice melted between Sumo & Shravan...rest was with the good thread of continuation.....

Also both the daddies allowing the kids to still see each other was refreshing

Yeah, they kept it classy and the scene had some thehraav despite the conflict between both of them now.....loud drama nahin banaya for the heck of it....these two being veteran actors also helped layer the scene with their portrayal.

Also I didn't really get the scene at dinning table with them trying to eat with fork and changing their habits woh mujhe out of place laga tha

Word....I laughed even harder when he made that maasoom baccha face and said, "Mujhe kapde fold karne nahin aate"🤣.....Kya namoona mila hai Sumo ko.....lol no wonder she was facepalming in his dream also😆

Haan ekdum bigda baccha toh hai but even in his dream, he seemed to become solemn while promising Sumo that she hasn't made the wrong choice by putting her faith in him😆.....let's see if he lives up to it.

Oh I was glad to see Avni is still here too smirking and rolling her eyes all the way at Shravan😆

Dining Table waale scene mein they were just trying to show that Army waale make a big deal out of formal table etiquette while the civilians are more relaxed about it😆......story refresh karne ke liye daale the yeh scenes I feel....to remind people what the issues between the families will be.

Hi Isa, nice to meet you :)

Yes, I did post in the YPNTKH forum during the early half of the show....I sort of lost interest around Prabhakar's death and never followed the rest of the show.

Re: this show....yes, I'm glad to see the show back too....in terms of the blood donation camp, I guess they had to shift some of the story so they couldn't show everything in continuation due to impacts with the lockdown.

Most people here are speculating that they may show flashback scenes to explain how Shravan-Sumo made up and became friends again.....so let's give it a few days to get some clarity on where the makers are taking the story now :)

Apparently mom came across something like that....but she didn't say anything about romance. May be she did not quite get it 🤣

Re: the dream.....haha yes, all of Shravan's rangeen sapne end with him being in the firing line of Daadu ki rifle only🤣.....Sumo definitely acts as a reality check and a conscience for him.

Re: Col Tiwari....oh yes, he was definitely in a bad mood because of not being able to get back to his post/not getting an all clear on his injury, so some ego was involved there. But clearly, some mistrust has also crept into his friendship with Shravan's dad. Let's see how the two friends try to resolve it.

I liked the ending....both of them asking their kids if they were here to see each other....both the kinds tried to deny it....still the parents encouraged them to meet😆

Oh yes...forgot to mention. Such a sweet feel good ending.....also consistent with the dads' characters....they both are reasonable people...there is a tiff yes but koi khandani dushmani nahi hai ....Both are still fond of both the kids as before and do not want their issues to affect the kids' friendship. Really appreciate the normalcy here❤️

Also caz they can't have excessive school cast at set again due to restrictions they anyways have a big ensemble as primary family so they kept the key characters and took a break from school setup

He is a drama queen even in dream 🤣.....also it came quite naturally to both of them....almost as natural as Shravan-Bunty.....good to see them improve.

Hello AY after a really long time!!! Feels so disoriented to watch a show 🤔 Feels I have forgotten so much of it😆

Finally something to watch 🥳

Really liked the episode as in how they tried to weave in story without bringing in major changes or leaps, keeping the core and essence intact. The dream sequence was hilarious:) I liked how it got whackier by the minute. Even Damru rejected him in his dreams🤣 Mera bag pack kar dogi bit was😆. Matlab bhag jana bhi felt like a lot of work for him and was relieved once Sumo agrees to not elope😆

Dadu was irritating today, maybe they are trying to bring in irreconcilable differences between the families and this is a start. Also I do not understand why he behaved so angrily with his son (handshake) that was so out of character!

Bunty and Shravan scenes always lifts up the mood. Bunty had a मनday tshirt today😆 that was quirky. Loved how he kept pulling Shravans leg about gudda guddi thing throughout. Shravan still has that quality of making Sumo smile by his antics. She tries not to but cant help it!

Liked both dad scene at the end. They both dont let their personal differences come in way of their kids friendship. atleast for now.

Beautiful analysis everyone!

I too loved the eloping scene...I adore the fact that Shravan accepts that he is lazy...that's a good quality in him...he accepts his short-comings...

Dadu coming with a rifle had me roll over my bed🤣

Maybe Vijay feels that Devraj gave a loan to Ramesh so that his deal gets accepted...he might be feeling that Devraj is helping his family for cracking the deal....the timing went wrong...Vijay was upset with his result and Devraj made a bad joke...though his intentions weren't wrong...

I am glad that they didn't stop their children from meeting....

Watching Shrunty is bliss...I love their friendship...

Kancha and Shravan are jija-saali goals😆
