SonyTV's Ek Deewana Tha is all set for a major change, where we have exclusively reported about the show is taking 30 year leap.

Here is another piece of news that is sure to get you excited that the makers have roped in actress Shivani Surve in the show.

Shivani will be making entry post leap, where she has been roped in to play the lead opposite Vikram Singh Chauhan aka Vyom.

We all know that Vikram and Shivani's jodi has been loved by the audience in Star Plus Jaana Na Dil Se Door.

We contacted Shivani Surve but she refuse to comment on it.

I donno how much true this is .. As much as I love JNDSD and their chemistry, i really hope this news is untrue.. Vyom can be only Sharanya's, and the show is not even watched by Vikram fans any more so Prateek is using cheap tactics may be to get the old fans back since the show flopped badly with useless ghost human rubbish.

Seems like they are doing everything to get viewers back. Vikram and shivani will surely overshadow namik-donal pairing since they were already a hit pair among the viewers. Namik is already being wasted on the show and after her entry its better for shiv to stay dead than to be reborn.

If the news is true, as a fan of namik all i can say is 'run namik run'

Vyom was a psycho and probably still will be.

EDT is a rubbish show, it's got such poor writing that even Shivik/Vitharv fans don't know how to feel exactly.

One thing is for sure though, Shivani is FIRE onscreen! Maybe Donal can see what actual acting is like!

it would be amazing I think, Shivik and Domik, atleast this way No fandom would be butthurt,maybe ratings would go up a bit higher and Shivani is such a good actress..
