Guys recently jo shaadi ke naam par tamasha,sorry,shaadi hui hai uske baare main I have a couple of words to say.

According to the Hindu Marriage Act 1955

This law considers a marriage is a valid one if neither party is an idiot or a lunatic at the time of marriage. From a psychiatric perspective, a Hindu marriage is voidable according to this law if either party:

Is incapable of giving a valid consent as a consequence of unsoundness of mind or
Though capable of giving a valid consent has been suffering from mental disorder of such a kind or to such an extent as to be unfit for marriage and the procreation of children, or
Has been subject to recurrent attacks of insanity. In the above-mentioned three circumstances, the marriage can be held null and void.

So as we saw in this series the bridegroom fulfilled each and every criteria mentioned in the above law by the virtue of which this marriage is null and void.Ab koi bolega ki banda possessed hai but law doesn't recognise possession does it?😉Either he was acting or he is really suffering from some disorder.Anyway he was not in a right state of mind during that marriage.And he has got recurrent attacks of insanity too.

But I am not gonna argue with anyone on the basis of this coz I know yeh Indian Television hai and yahaan par LOGIC ki koi jagah nahi😛Desert main barf mil jayega par ITV main logic nahi milega
