But it's weird, every time he utters words, it's only about Sharanya. Ok, maybe not too weird, but still.
So there were letters given or exchanged b/w ShivAnya or from Shiv to Shanny. Hmm. Even 5 years back, emailing was always an option, toh yeh method hazam nahin huya. 🤔
But I didn't get the Father's reaction to those old letters- why was he freaked out? Why he decoded a huge danger on Shanny's head reading those letters? It is very obvious that no one from Shanny's family knows about his existence.
Also, what does Shiv WANT? I'm sorry if I sound rude but I can definitely not term him as some "true lover". As much as what many would not like to believe (and I think they are entitled to their own opinions), Vyom was clearly possessed by Shiv. I'm not even taking the episodes into account, the channel itself has promoted the whole Vyom being possessed track like hotcake. Also, let me know if it is possible to remove black contact lenses after doing a possessed person act while everyone is watching, or if it's humanly possible to throw off 2 well-built men on your own while you're at it. 😊
Forget about all that- I am yet to process the brilliant reason he has to do a rape attempt. And even if it wasn't Shiv and, let's for argument's sake say, some other ghost (since apparently, ghosts in Mussoorie have nothing better to do than torment VaNya), why is it that Shiv didn't stop it from happening either? He could do so many things, hurt so many people and you're telling me he couldn't throw a man off her? On the contrary, he seemed to be rejoicing Sharanya's breakdown!
I am loving the pace right now, no doubt about that. But I was ready to forget about Shiv's behaviour in Episode 22 after seeing him in the hospital scene (that was the first and only time I felt like he had been in love with Sharanya. Or maybe it was just Namik being brilliant, idk.), and then the Haldi episode happened. Shiv is now irredeemable in my eyes, unless proven otherwise.
I know it doesn't matter for many, but for me it does. A rape attempt is a big thing and I'm not about to forget it in a jiffy.
Anyway, coming to my original question, what does he want? He keeps giving hints to Odhni instead of Sharanya- the one who actually matters. He has scared Sharanya to the point that she hates him with a passion and is marrying Vyom in a rush, simply because she believes that it'll save Vyom. Going by the precap, Ram Bisht must've deciphered something major from the letters...it could well have been a window to look into the past for Sharanya, know something about Shiv but nooo. Shiv doesn't want that either!
Is keeping male candidates away from Sharanya his only point? Or the past involving Shiv is like the book "Kahee, Unkahee baatein" from "Krishna Cottage"? Whoever reads it will drop dead? First the Doc, now the Dad.
If he kills the father too, it'll be another feather in his already envious hat. And he'll just be reduced to a jilted, evil spirit.
Yeh expected nahin tha boss. 😕
