So shiv has possessed Vyom or messed up with his head so badly that at first he molested sharanya and now he threw sharanya inside the water tank and left her to die.
I wasn't expecting prateek to throw this twist but i gues it was necessary to show that shiv is indeed evil, creepy and doesn't care about sharanya but his motive is something else. He's using Vyom's body and sharanya's love for Vyom.
Sharanya is a lovely woman, she still is confused about why did Vyom do this with her and indeed she wants to ask him and talk to him that what happened to him suddenly that he stooped so low?
I am glad sharanya is not traumatised bit she's concerned about Vyom. She is just so much about Vyom now that if he really does a crime, then also sharanya will have a tendency to support him.
