I don't think S will be written because only people which are on SNS know that his name is Shiv.

TV audience and no one in the families (Bishts and Bedis) knows his name.

I think Rajan already knows his name but he is hiding it.Sharanya getting the S on her mehendi will take her one step closer to her past.But I doubt she will investigate it till the D-Day.Then Sadhvi will tell her the entire truth.
