Vyom is in physical pain because he chose to jump from the roof. Shiv is in pain because of some unfinished job most probably the reason behind his death. Once he knows who the real culprit is he will leave and Vyom and Sharanya will be happily ever after. All these is my guess. So, I might just be totally wrong.

Vyom will end because Shiv is a soul but Vyon and sharanya are live hunans. Shiv is an unsatisfied soul.

Of course Shiv!! Infact I feel that Sharanya herself will die and reunite with Shiv❤️

Even if she doesn't reunite with Shiv then I don't want her to be with Vyom either.I wouldn't want any girl to be with a control freak,suicidal maniac like Vyom.😛He needs to get himself treated first before approaching any girl.

And by mistake if Sharanya does marry him then ultimately it's gonna turn out like Rajan-Madhvi filled with dissatisfaction and abuse.
