Yeah, it is shiv whose cheeks she pulled in the scene. She might have done that to vyom too. I don't think vyom is lying completely though i found his story incomplete. His dialogues about him not wanting to force her indicates that he will never take her lover's place consciously. May be he doesn't know about her dating shiv.
