The earring did not fall down or anything. I believe when she hugs Vyom or while making him sit in wheelchair, her earring could have gotten stuck to Vyom's kurta. It's not the ghost who is creating problems but ghostlike relatives like Vidyut who is creeping around & he seems to be obsessed with Sharanya according to his looks. He is also wearing the same peach color to match Sharanya's dress color. Sharanya seems to be happy during engagement but worried for Vyom as he is in a wheelchair. Pretty much sure, it is not Ghost who has hurt Vyom but Vyom's relatives have hurt Vyom to stop Engagement/Marriage between Vyom and Sharanya.

I don't think so it's ghost ji who is hurting vyom and it's been seen very clearly. Vyom family knows Sharanya even before her accident. I believe she has visited Vyom's place many times I guess may be part time job at Vyom's place.
