Where did I say that shrenu should have spoken softly? Did I ever say that? Someone must be a fool to expect her to be soft in that situation. She was expected to scream, not screech! N I would have not expected better if she was not capable. She has done better in past, so my expectations were higher. I have attributed my disappointment to the direction part as well. Since the whole scene was shot through that netted window, it was creating a hindrance n couldn't see her expressions any further.

I do not dislike jhanvi. Y would I watch the show if I disliked her? She is supposed to be strong character n hence I expect strong script for her n strong acting from shrenu. Zain has got nothing to do with it. If I was supposedly worried about Zain, I should have been happy with the revamp because he is finally getting a screenspace n some meat. But I m not happy with the revamp because the story is compromised. N I don't need to put others down to appreciate Zain. He did awesome in last episode n he shone bright, this remains a fact no matter shrenu did good or bad. The two r totally different issues n should not be mixed.

Lastly, I m not a fan of any actor n I m not watching a show for any actor. I m watching it for its story n I'll give my honest views whenever I m disappointed with anything n anybody. So please keep ur reserved thoughts to urself that I m a fan of zain n dislike jhanvi etc etc. I m sure shrenu will take this positively n improve, but I wish her fans too were as positive in taking the criticism!

Iam a hardcore shrenu fan but definitely not a blind fan. I agree with all your points. I saw the episode again and I felt the netted window was definitely blocking and cudnt see her expression properly.

I was the first one to comment abt screeching. Constructive criticism is always welcoming .

Shrenu will surely take it positively and improve.

When I say I didn't like her screeching, that doesn't mean I expected her to be soft. I never said this. As someone said, it might be due to her voice, idk. This was the first time I have seen her screaming, so I was disappointed. Now I know this is how she screams, I have accepted this n I'll keep the volume low or earphones out of my ears. N will be pleasantly surprised if she does better. Like how Zain can't dance at all, Parth Samthaan can't cry, ejf can deliver face paced dialogues n eats up the words, divyanka can act villainous...I have known this n accepted this, so never complain about it...same will happen for shrenu too. There were certain times when her act impacted for me too, like when she was almost crying remembering her dad n all...they were good. But rest of the screeching I didn't like.

Coming to the story, well I'll not compare it with any other show, every show has its essence n shouldn't be compared. I m not someone who keeps a tab on every off screen news or social media or credits. So idk which writer writes it when. I m as good as a general audience. All I care about is the story should flow consistently, which is lacking due to revamp n change of writers. I had no idea about this revamp till 2 days ago since I was off IF. So I m yet to digest it unlike you all who have already discussed it at length n have made peace with it. So until I make a peace with it, my rants about the story will continue. Though I appreciate the writers for making it as logical as they could in the limited time they had.

I m glad PK is retained n has not changed his character. I would like to have Kavya n arush back. These characters brought a balance to the story. I m waiting to watch new side of jhanvi, just praying she doesn't come out obnoxious though due to all the power she has received now. She is not a heartless ruthless vamp n hence I expect her to have her revenge with some principles now.

U know what I m always open for opposite opinions n healthy discussion but when someone says u r jealous, u r fan of this hence hater of that etc I simply lose it n can't reply respectfully. I used to watch kzk despite its non sense drama because I loved Parica together n Anupre lovestory was different in this era as it was too innocent. But then came bajaj n his entire fan base n they have been mocking Anupre fans with same dialogues if we say a word against him when in fact we r trying to accept bajaj too as he is inevitable. That constant policing has made me sick of that forum n same happened here too. I thought this forum knows to agree to disagree but here too it's the same policing I guess.

Since you mentioned AnuPre. I used to love old KZK season 1 when I was a kid. But season 2 story is blah. And Erica's mumbling annoys me, sigh she was good for roles like in Krpkab.

I thought I'll give KZK a try because KSG is back but his hair put me off. 🤣

Ugh why Ekta? Why ruin something so good? Old KZK, old Prerna was more progressive than this show.

We have interacted before if I m not wrong n hence she knows what I m...so I don't buy this sorry. Though I have talked more about KK before, I hope she remembers I had defended jhanvi's actions even during Manohar shoot out episodes. I have defended jhanvi even when she failed in her plans. Well, jhanvi is mostly an obvious character where almost everyone agrees with eachother, so I didn't like posting much about her, whereas KK were always a topic of discussion hence I would post about them because the contrasting opinions were fun. I can not create a post everyday for praising someone n doing aww she was so good...man he was so hot...etc etc. I m not a fangirl...that's not my forte! I'll create a post for appreciation on some milestone episodes or turning point events such as yesterday's or I created one for Zain when he was released by army etc. However, I'll create a post if I have some feedback n expect some improvement on any front. So hope it's not misunderstood further

PKs character trait has never changed. Don't know what they will do with Pooja. Hope wealth doesn't make her heartless. But for sure she is all set to torture the Mittal's which iam excited to see.

I agree, Erica's mumbling is annoying but she was improved a lot since first episode. N now ksg is an addition to this mumbling. He speaks as if he has a laddu in his mouth or he chewing guthka. N his hair n his bathrobes r another put off. I m not much impressed with ksg or bajaj yet. Let's see how it goes.

I haven't watched kzk1 so no comments on that but as far as I have heard about it, I found it more nonsensical n eww about all the cross marriage. Selfish bajaj, senseless prerna n spineless Anurag r my terms for them. Though the new season story is not really strong, I find it more well developed from their acquaintances days to their friendship to bff's to lovers n to a married couple n it's very innocently n purely done till date, god knows what the future holds. I love such lovestories that progress through friendship n it's different that the trend of hate marriages. So I loved it. I also like that prerna is not a progressive pseudo feminist. I like that she is weak n depends on anurag's support but has her inner strength. Again, I find it different than the trend of oversmart I-can-do-it-all mahaan worshipped FLs. I m of the opinion that their should be a dependence on Ur partner even if u r self sufficient, hence I like it

Not to discuss KZK 2, otherwise an angry horde of fangirls will be on my tail, but actually Prerna 1 was an unwed mother (in the early 2000s, imagine Ekta was that revolutionary and progressive!) and she never depended on Anurag for well, anything. She joined her family's sinking business, helped built up, and did not keep chasing Anurag, instead she worked on her life.

Anyways, it depends on the kinds of females one likes, I like those who are independent and don't need their partners to make decisions.

I always watch a show from the female characters pov, so if the female is not interesting, I lose interest in the show. It might differ from those who love MLs.

That might be because I don't believe in the concept of two people completing each other. We are all whole individuals, not half. No one can complete anyone, we come alone, we die alone. We can only walk together, not hold each other like a crutch.

To borrow a dialogue from one of my favorite characters, "Mujhe kisi ka saath pasand hai, mujhe kisi ke sahaare ki zaroorat nahi"
