Big NO to this! Why would someone as egoistic as PK do that? He spent so many years convincing people that he's innocent.

I can rather see him committing suicide than admitting to his crimes

Yes to all of this! If they give that horrendous man a single redeeming quality, like any reason for me to feel even a shred of sympathy for him, I will riot I kid you not.

Also, how do we get you in the writers' room?

I want Pooja to stay in Mittal House with Amma 😳

🤣Seriously, please just go and write for the show.

I don't think Jahnvi wanted to 'get ' at Kavya for petty reasons.

Kavya was becoming an obstacle in her path, and lbr as clingy as Dhruv.

I am not agreeing with her methods, of course Jahnvi is wrong, she is supposed to be, she's grey.

But I don't think there was any other way to get rid of Kavya without Aarush being impacted.

Plus Kavya herself walked into the plan with all her shadowing of Jahnvi. Dhruv had offered to go after Jahnvi when she left the commissioner's house, but no, yahaan bhi Kavya ko Jahnvi ko peeche aana hai.

I understand Jhanvi's reasoning, I get that there was no way for her to not involve Aarush, it's just that... for me personally, I always thought that other than Ishaani, Aarush was the one person that Jhanvi genuinely cares about and for that alone, their scenes were very important to me. But the more and more Aarush is being negatively impacted by the whole situation, the more almost annoyed I felt by Jhanvi and Aarush's scenes because they felt like those fake concern scenes between Jhanvi and Kavya. I don't know, I just feel that Jhanvi and Aarush's dynamic was something that I always enjoyed, but it almost feels tainted now, I can't look back at those scenes and feel the same way I used to feel.

Let’s have some faith in the writers - I know that’s difficult but let’s be open to the revamped version. They will definitely not turn Pooja and Kabir into lovers overnight. That will be weird I agree. They should take it slow! Build up the revenge/ Tashan drama. Everything should be at stake when it’s time to take down your enemy. I have a feeling Kabir will be the one to fake about his love for Pooja. Sort of what Shloks character did with Aastha. Obviously Pooja won’t go down without a fight. Maybe when Kabir realizes the truth things will take a wide turn? Don’t know I’m writing my own story in my head. BUT a humble request- please give this show a chance. I’m sure many of you are here either Shrenu or Zain or Tanvi. The poor writing is not actors fault. If we spread negativity towards the show the popularity rating goes down and that adds to the downfall of the show. Let’s hope for the best for Shrenu, Zain and Tanvi :)

Like, how can you expect me to be excited to see Kabir with someone else after seeing how he was willing to leave his family just like that for Kavya and Aarush- that family dynamic is so sweet and wholesome and one of my favourite parts of the show, not even just Kabir and Kavya but Kabir and Aarush have such a wonderful bond, he wanted to adopt Aarush for god's sake, I can't just get over that.

Once the news of the revamp hit, I honestly was expecting the show to phase out the Kabir-Kavya ship - reducing their scenes or creating misunderstandings, instead they turned it several notches up in these last few episodes. smiley28 Why show, whyyy? I am so fond of this tiny family, and the show is making it super hard for me to let go.

Perhaps it’s to even the playground - Pooja’s loved ones were hurt by the Mittals, and now Kabir’s loved ones have been hurt by Pooja. Kabir taking a stand for his evil family isn’t going to garner much sympathy, is it? Kavya and Arush on the other hand are innocents caught in the crossfire. 😭

I meeeeeean, while a revamp sounds promising, this particular one doesn't. Tanvi's leaving, Ayub ji is supposed to be leaving, and now Tina too? It's like they're taking out all the big players. I would've gotten rid of characters like dadaji, chachi, and Dhruv (sorry, but I like Jai and Sonali now, so they can stay).

Same! They are letting go of their main characters and keeping useless side characters? Ugh. But wait, Tina is leaving? I thought they dismissed that report as false.

As for Shrenu being in a negative role... she was never really was. Jhanvi has always been written as the anti-hero, we're supposed to root for her because she's in the right, even though sometimes her choices might not be the most morally correct (for lack of better term). I don't think they've ever written her as a negative character, although the writing for her character has had a few ups and downs, it hasn't been the most consistent which is why I'm finding that I keep getting more and more disconnected from her as a character.

I agree. The way they revealed Jahnvi’s backstory within a few episodes, I believe they have always wanted us to sympathise with her. More than character consistency, it is the plot that puts me off. So much is left to our imagination, one could write a whole book with just various head canons.

I have zero faith in the writers, but I love the actors so they're kind of the only ones that keep pulling me back in. I swear, if the cast wasn't as talented as they are (especially Shrenu), I would've stopped watching a loooong time ago.

@bold - I thought the same thing! I was expecting them to pull one of those like "she was never right for him" or "he never really loved her" kind of things, but instead they give this heartfelt, emotional goodbye scene like, just stick my heart down an industrial shredder why don't you?

Sidenote, I do find it interesting that you mentioned how this could potentially even the playing field in a sense that yeah, maybe eventually Kabir understands why she did what did, but damn I want to see him be furious about everything that happened with Kavya and Aarush.

I understand and I sort of agree with you here—but I also don’t want to make it sound like I’m grossed out about Pooja- Kabir pairing. If the writers play their card well this can become iconic. I’m here for Shrenu and Zain. I’ve been dreaming about them working in a show as lovers since Yuvi and Aastha days... so this one is something I am totally looking forward too :)

I would've gotten rid of characters like dadaji, chachi, and Dhruv (sorry, but I like Jai and Sonali now, so they can stay). I've said my piece about Kavya, but there are reasons why I'd like to keep PK and Ishaani around for a little while longer at least. PK mainly because I don't want to see flashbacks of how Jhanvi got rid of him, I want to see her actually get rid of him, I want to see him continue to suffer in present time, it's what he deserves. Ishaani is useless, I know this, I don't even like her very much, but she's still Jhanvi's sister and I can't imagine the show being the same without Tina's spot on expressions in the background.

As for Shrenu being in a negative role... she was never really was. Jhanvi has always been written as the anti-hero, we're supposed to root for her because she's in the right, even though sometimes her choices might not be the most morally correct (for lack of better term). And I don't know if you meant that they should show her in a more "positive" light, but if you did, I personally think that would be the biggest possible mistake that they can make. I'm mainly watching EBSS to see Shrenu in a completely different role and I don't want to see her do something I've seen before. Don't get me wrong, I've adored each and every one of her characters, I just think that a character like Jhanvi is so rare to see in a lead role such as this, so it makes me excited as a Shrenu fan to see her thriving in a role like this.

I guess the revamp portion will be started after her revenge session is over. I can accept all her wrong tactics to avenge her father's murderer. Now she should lead a peaceful life. If the obstacles ( pk's heirs) will be there In her path she should face them in the right manner. Only this is my expectation in the revamp.

I think what makers did not do well was not giving potential work to kabir. . . And that was a major let down right now they hve kept open ends for kavya so i guess they are playing smartly with

Pooja-kabir tashan and if they hit the chord right may be they will show the love angle and presently i m just looking for the next episodes what they are serving me. .
