"Chhavi, is everything fine?" he asked concerned.
"Yes..." she said slowly but her tone said that there was a lot which was she was hiding.
"No you have to tell me clearly what's the problem." He demanded.
She parted and looked into his eyes, "You were right Viraf."
"Kya? Kis bare me?" he asked further.
"About Vinny." He just looked at her and waited for her to continue. "She knew everything. I mean about Pracheen." He gave an expression which said see I told you. "She even helped him so many times as she wanted to bring us closer." She explained. Viraf again gave an expression of see I told you. "I never knew that my best friend can do that to me."
"That's why she was saying so many wrong things about me to you...and sometimes about me and Saba." He stated.
"Now I can understand all that." She made a sad face.
Viraf could clearly understand what was going through her mind. He moved closer to her and hugged her tight. "It's ok Chhavi...let it go."
"No I can't." she said still feeling hurt.
"Chhavi." He called her name softly, taking her hands in his. "I know how you must be feeling right now but I think you should not think about it anymore. Let the bad experiences and things go."
She looked at him adoringly and asked, "How can you be so sweet and normal? Don't you ever lose your temper?"
He gave a small smile and said, "I do...trust me. I do sometimes...jaise jab woh ..." And he stopped not wanting to remind her of the moments that she had faced which humiliated her.
"Woh kya Viraf?" she wanted to know how he was feeling when Pracheen was misbehaving with her.
"Let it go Chhavi..."
"No I want to know what you were feeling? Tell me...I want to know everything, whatever is in your heart." She said.
Viraf looked at her, "Is it necessary?"
"Yes it is, it will make our bond stronger. What if I hide my feelings from you, then?" she questioned back.
Taking a deep breath he said, "I wanted to surprise you and when I saw him there I was unhappy. I didn't know how he found out that information that you are at home today. I was not angry but when he...he tried to touch you and was...forcing you...I don't know Chhavi ... when he spat out those horrible words for you...I was unable to keep my cool. How dare he speak such words to anyone? He is a sick, bloody bas***d...and he even wanted to..." He stopped suddenly looking at her possessively. Two months later:-
"Hey meri jaan kahan ho?" he asked her with happiness.
"On the sets." She replied unhappily.
Viraf found her voice calm but she seemed worried, "Chhavi are you fine? Is everything ok with you?" Chhavi fell silent and Viraf felt worried. "Come on my love tell me what's wrong with you?"
"Can you pick me up today after shoot?" she asked.
"Of course, you just order. Call me when your shoot is over." He said.
Later in the night when the shoot was over, "What's wrong with you baby?" he asked cupping her face lovingly.
"My show is getting off air next month." She said with utter calmness in her voice.
"Oh..." he replied perfectly understanding the matter and the reason for her serious tone. "So that made my baby sad?"

"But I never expected it to be so early."
"I can understand but don't worry, you will get another show very soon." He assured her.
"But you know the channel was so big and I got so much exposure. People started liking us and our show...my chemistry with... " She said closing her eyes still hugging him but Viraf didn't let her complete.

They were at her home after half an hour and Viraf had cooked some delicious food for them and fed Chhavi. She was in her bed almost closing her eyes and he was feeding her like a mother feeds her daughter. After having dinner he asked, "Still want to try the therapy?"
"Yes, waiting for that." She said still with her eyes closed.
One thing struck Viraf's mind after they made love and both of them were panting after their first round of love making. "You really think you and that diaper baby shared some nice chemistry? More than ours?"
