As to Radha's reappearance, I did not have a serious problem with it. yes, it was illogical but I did not see any character assassination there. I thought it helped to get MJ move on with his life instead of getting stuck in his past. He would not have been able to confess his feelings for Tara because he was still in the sacrificial mode. It is only after he came to know from Radha herself that she wasn't raped that he felt freed of his promise and confessed his feelings. MJ's character was true to what they had shown earlier. So was Tara.
