Tara always pulls her hand away when their hands touch. Remember their journey way back after pag phera when their hands touched even then Tara pulled away her hand whole MJ was busy holding it. Even though mj is one who says go away his action doesn't speak that. They say different things.

dilsha that time she id not know him...she always thought him as murderer...now after she knew him she was always holding his hand and he was the one pulling back telling her that roz ka dialogue...mujhe jail jana h...now for past 2 -3 epi...tara is the one pulling back after knowing abt radha and mj...she thinks they r radha is the one to make khadoos happy

Yeah but MJ is lost in her eyes. That's a good thing. I hope Tara gets rid of the idea of uniting MJ and Radha. I wish Radha says the dialogue MJ is like my bro as soon as she meets Tara.
