Viraf Quitting EBI [All Discussions Here] *DT Note P26* - Page 33

^^ To be honest, I'd rather they keep the hair and beard on the new guy for few episodes because even if Viraf as MJ had his hair cut and beard shaved, he will look VERY different. Because Viraf looks different to MJ.

Bring new MJ very r ready to accept him .

Like I wrote in another thread before, I liked EBI because of all the characters, not just MJ. I am someone who likes actors onscreen than offscreen. However, I liked Viraf because of his personality offscreen. For me, it doesn't matter whether an actor is replaced or not because I've realised if the right actor is cast as replacement, then I can easily accept them.

If another actor replaces Viraf as MJ, then I would still gladly watch EBI. If however, MJ is killed off then I would be really disappointed because I did not watch 4 months of EBI just to have the male lead killed off with no justified explanation simply because Viraf left. It's Viraf that quit - not MJ.

Other male leads have been replaced and there was such a buzz [I'm sure you all know which show I'm on about] but now, I feel that the replacement actor does suit the character and hence I can envision him as the character despite the actor change.

With EBI, the beard and hair is Mrityunjay NOT Viraf. MJ's look is so strong as opposed to other characters that for me it doesn't matter if someone else replaces him IF they keep MJ's look intact.

I want MJ alive...😆
Secondly long hair seems to be a problem here... otherwise many actors have sported beard look & it suits them well... so I won't mind if they chop off his hair...
As far as replacements are concerned these have become norm in tv... every now & then someone gets replaced... but show goes on... sometimes they get the right actors & people accept the replacement... I really hope they get the RIGHT ACTOR in this case.

ALSO, just realised Harshad was supposed to be cast before Viraf got finalised. LOVE LOVE LOVE Harshad! If you've seen him in Dil Se Di Dua, then there too he didn't really speak much and can play intense characters really well.

About the beard and hair, he suits the beard but not sure about the hair. But then again Viraf looks really different without the hair that even I cannot recognise him!

Really hope a good actor is placed! :)

I'm also in favour of Harshad...😆 saw him in LRL... I'm not a big fan of him... but I'll easily accept him as MJ. 😆 And I think they might have considered his looks before finalizing him, etc... he'll be a great choice...

It'll be hard for us to accept new actor as MJ... but after few days we'll get used to it... since show is in initial stages it's not that difficult... I feel agar usne aur baad mein show choda hota when MJ-Tara would have crossed another level of love it would have been nearly impossible for us to imagine someone else in his place... so replacement should happen as soon as possible...

Defo! That's what I've been saying we have to give credit to the fact that the change is 4 months early and not 6 months late as by then most awaited part of mriara love story would of taken place by then!!

Finally he replied. I waited yesterday thinking that he must be busy during the day and he normally he replies at night. But he didn't. Atleast he did it now. I remember him saying that if the cvs give him blessings he will leave the show. I don't think Saba ma'am is someone who will stop u and force u to stay. I don't know why they take up shows if bw is their destination. It's better u don't waste time and focus on ur destination. This will stop frm people getting hurt cos we give all our love to u. I feel like an idiot who was dreaming to see ViCha dancing as MriAra and tge show progressing. I didn't get the same happiness while watching EBI last night I was sad. I couldn't enjoy the epi like I normally do. I felt like seeing kala more than MJ. Viraf said it's very hard to get a character like MJ who has lots of scope to perform since its a complicated character. What happened now. Don't want that lucky chance which any actor would love to play? Forgot the time when u were diassapointed that the shows u were supposed to be in got cancelled(kali,ipk). I amnot leaving the show since EBI is a combined effort of lots of people and it wud be injustice to them if we leave them in a time of crisis. I wish that I haven't got attached to the show like this. Whenever I watch MriAra scene I feel like crying. I was telling my roommate we both are in the same boat since she was saddened by the news if ksg replacement and me by this. But as we know life moves on and we have to accept changes even if it takes time for our wounds to heal. This is why I shud stick to watching shows that don't stretch like Pakistani dramas where they finish their show properly and non of this emotional baggage. Yes we do become sad when the show gets over but atleast we don't have a bitter taste in our mouth when it does.
Having said all that I hope viraf gets whatever he is looking for since I am not the person who likes to curse others and it's his life so let him make the decisions but I do wish our feelings weren't involved in all this. After all life mein agar apna dard boolkar doosro ko shubkaamna nahi diya toh kya kiya.

i agree with u...kal ke episode mein...i was enjoying kala more than MriAra...bht zyaada upset thi isliye dekh nahi paa rahi thi...

News subah mili...clg mein sab mera face dekhkar pooch rahe the kya hua...

Same with me also. I saw the news after my first class. At first I thought its a rumour and wished it to be. But now I am slowly strating to accept the fact.
