Well I don't think there is anything called unconditional love. Love itself has a condition to be loved back and to be trusted back. So, Tara basically loves MJ because he has a golden heart and is innocent.

Its going to be the hardest thing for MJ to accept Tara as his wife because he doesn't see their future together. All he thinks about is his promises. If for a moment he could be selfish he would give into Tara's demands and answer all her questions. So, basically I'm not able to blame him too. He is the only tragic hero in an Indian soap, hope he gets some happiness in the end. Just wish that he loses and Tara wins.
