I don't y but I think the reason they made yug radhas bro is cos they can strat yug Nandu love story otherwise how come no one knows about yug in sm when Raghu kaka and Radha lived there. I liked tge ka scene but like u said it was a lil rushed. Tara was full in dream land but MJ was a lil tensed about dadu situation so couldn't enjoy properly.
