This caught me thinking,my conspiracy theories for now.

Aditiya is JR's son and the lady with flower, might have been JR's first wife, who might have loved MJ equally as a son and Rudra made her disappear.

Nimmi had Vandhu, when she married JR and started discriminating between Adi & MJ.

Adi also mentioned thakuron ke khandaan mein... So I think nimmo is not from high lineage... that's suggested here... vaise shaadi ke baad toh har ladki ka surname change ho jata hai...going by this theory our prediction fits in this story that nimmo had a wild past & her family was not so high class family... & she never belonged to high society about which she keeps boasting...

I guess Nimmo doesnt belong to thakur khandaan types blood maybe she is just like Tara is..JR married to or Rudra made him marry to Nimmo...
can be MJ is Nimmo's son before marriage...
later JR got to know about this & he bought MJ home...he didnt told Nimmo about this so she doesnt feel hurt...
or Maybe MJ is JR son from his 1st marriage which no-one knows maybe except JR's father...tabhi he is fond of MJ but JR was asked to marry Nimmo...
but later MJ's mom died or gayab by RP...JR bought MJ home...

Tanvi has got my point.. after marriage nimmo has become shekhawat... but as per Indian customs of lineage, etc she might not be from any thakur or royal family... You see in India caste, clans, etc still matter when it comes to marriages... And many people don't like when boys get married outside their caste or community.
